It´s completely f*cked up. The only transactions getting confirmed are the ones with way over 50 gwei, like for example:

They did say anything over 50 gwei would be rejected and bounced back, didn't they? This doesn't look good.

I have sent two transactions, one from my main wallet and one from the backup  I created in case an event like THIS occurred. Both transactions are "unable to locate Transaction entry" in etherscan.io

Sent it seconds after the block #3903900 was confirmed, I guess.
Sent it in two different nodes, also.
But it's still pending, and may not be confirmed on time.

About the transactions that went through with more than 50 Gwei gas price, I asked Sebastian (dev team) and he answered:
