Okay all newbies. Listen up.

You mine with the client. No there is no miner tab like other. creat a file yacoin-qt.bat in the same folder as the client past this data into it yacoin-qt -gen -genproclimit=1 -addnode=82.211.30.212 change -genproclimit=1 to the number of threads your cpu has. Open the .bat and the client should open. You are now mining! Double check task manager should be at 99% if not change -genproclimit=1. Yac should start rolling in.

you can also put this in shortcut parameters (for those who dont understand: Just copy paste this at the end of the "target" in shortcut properties)

Something wrong with my CPU. It seems like doesn't run at all.

4 blocks, 3 of which have yet to mature (but all getting confirmations). From 20 minutes of mining with 3 out of 4 cores of an i5 2500K at 4.3 GHz.

1. Create a shortcut to qt (right click --> create shortcut)
2. open shortcut properties (right click on the shortcut --> properties
3. Paste  -gen -genproclimit=1 -addnode=82.211.30.212 at the end of the target

should then look like "yacoin-qt-2013-05-08\yacoin-qt.exe -gen -genproclimit=3 -addnode=82.211.30.212" at the end

4. Save
5. double-click shortcut to open and it starts mining
