Bitcoin right now is retreating due to the fear and apprehension associated with the August scaling event. However, after August 1, there is a possibility that if things can be smooth and no massive mess would occur then Bitcoin can go as high as $3000. However, Bitcoin is a very unpredictable beast as the market mode dictates everything. There is a big portion of the Bitcoin market that can easily be swayed by panic and this is now reflecting in its current value.

I don't think that Bitcoin will be close to 4000$ anytime in near future. I think that at the rate at which Bitcoin is growing now, it will reach and cross 4000$ mark by the mid of next year. BItcoin has enormous potential and i believe in it.

What grass smoke? The pace is now growing bitcoin? Now it has "grown" to $ 2056. I certainly believe in bitcoin and hope that this retracement is the acceleration for a powerful leap forward, but I doubt that the price this year will be above $ 3,000. |

It's opposite, it's not growing now but it's trying to go back lower and it's now at $2,063 though it's still a good price for me. Will be heading $4,000 soon, if there is a rapid decrease then we will expect and we'll witness that there is going to be rapid increase very soon. By the end of August maybe we'll see $4,000 soon. |

As of now the price of bitcoin is 2200 dollars and I believe before dn of october bitcoin will reach 4000 dollars each so its better those people believe bitcoin buy bitcoin and possible to earn more profit. Even segwit plan to split bitcoin but now finalize because we dont know what will happen in august1 but I hope the price will be okay so the bitcoin world become happy. I dont know why segwit want to split bitcoin to bitcoin and bitcoin classic.

Bitcoin is a blessing to some of us here. We can testify, how since the beginning of this year that, we have make alot of return on our investment in bitcoin. I foreseeing bitcoin touching $4,000 before the end of October this year. Hope you join us in this less risk investment.
Now I can't predict like that but after 1 Aug I think I can't predict what the price bitcoin will be. This is uncertain situation for bitcoin. There are possibilities of split chain on August 1. When there is no big problem and made succesful like Litecoin upgrade SegWit I think bitcoin price will jump high. 4000 to 5000 in the end or December 2017. |

With no doubt,bitcoin is a blessing.Most of us expected that bitcoin would cross $3000 by june 2017 but due to fear of hard fork,many sold in panic and its price dropped.Thats why we have the price of $2250 today.But after segwit activation,we could expect price to cross $4000. |

yes i am also hopeful about that, i think there is no doubt that bitcoin price is expected to increased more but it will take a little more time and it is more expected after 1st August. i am sure that very soon bitcoin price will be trading above 4000$. |

Not sure if bitcoin is going to match the 5,000 dollars. If he aim that 5,000 it is not going to be in next 20 years but later maybe. It is too much people going for bitcoin so if he stay at this value i would be happy. Cheers

I'm sure the $ 4000 price will soon be reached in this year, even though the current price drop but the price will rise again. So do not rush to sell because a week again the price will go rise.
Though down I'm sure it will not be lower than $2000 and the decline is now stuck at $2300 and I'm sure the price will go up again, but for $4000 I'm not sure it will happen this month, maybe it will happen after the implementation of segwit2x. No one knows just a prediction. I think the most realistic speculation is bitcoin will hit $3000 before this year ends. As segwit2x is nearly on us, the price is slowly going down and we dont know where will its going, the least we can do is hold our bitcoin and make it secured. Hope after a month of the activation bitcoin price will hit where it should be. Yes maybe but how bitcoin now is behaving its not far to cross to $3000 and hit $4000 for the next few months. Like I'm so optimistic right now that soon bitcoin will hit the moon. The bitcoin community will sure celebrate for this. |

The same price increase will continue for days and specifically if something good takes place on Aug 1st we'll experience $4000 within a short after those days. |

you're too hype with the future haha. bitcoin price will soon reach this barrier hope we can see it soon so we can have all fun. it's been a long day since bitcoin price drop on its finest but now it's now recovering af. bitcoin is truly powerful because it can hold all the possibility and wont give up on us. so for all the people who panic selling they will need to wait a long time before they can buy bitcoin in a low price.
