I don't see why someone would compare the mother of all cryptocurrencies with a minor child or even a baby.
The doge coin was even worse than a minor child or baby coin. The best name for the doge coin was a crap coin with nothing development. And just pegged into the litecoin keep the doge's life. As the mother of the crypto with a market cap almost 100 billion and doge just like a virus. Honestly, if the cryptocurrency still unstable as now, I think we can not predict the future of any shitcoin. BCN is the best example for this case, a shitcoin and even it has many rumors about MLM, ponzi, scam project and replaced by Monero but it has increased from few satoshi to more than 100 satoshi in May, can you imagine this situation? We can not know what the whales think, so they always surprise us. |

Of course the obvious answer is definitely bitcoin in terms of usage and profitability. You could argue dogecoin is used more but that is simply because the sheer mass of coins needed to amass any sort of decent sized transaction, in terms of individual transactions I'm sure bitcoin would be greatly superior.

most people choose Bitcoin rather than Doge Coin. And that's the fact that it's happening now that Bitcoin is superior to the Doge Coin as well as Bitcoin the price continues to rise inversely with Doge Coin Doge prices are decreasing now.

Bitcoin was made by its creator as to have an increasing price. Old people believe in it, and this is why its price is going up day by day. Old people also believe that some day in the future it will become the world's currency.
Dogecoin was made as to have the same price with time. Young people believe in it, and this is why it is used today mainly as for in game payments. It has fater transactions that bitcoin has and lower fees.
The price inceasing of the bitcoin is given by its limited supply, while the stable price off the dogecoin is given by its unlimited supply.
Because it has an unlimited supply Dogecoin could be better to replace the world's currency in the future than bitcoin. A price of 1 USD for 1 Dogecoin is forecasted for the next 3-10 years.

I choose bitcoin, this altcoin is very strongly coin among of all altcoin because the value price was moving up not like dogecoin steady or for long term only. I have dogecoin but i dont exchange it i want to hold this kind of coin maybe someday it will recover.
But all altcoin was unstable now their rate value in market cap. No one can predict the altcoin cryptocurrency who is raising soon.

Dogecoin has no chance to bitcoin. Bitcoin is stronger and is worth a lot. Dogecoin was made originally as a joke coin. Some people have invested now its is worth something nowdays.
So after all i would go for bitcoin 10/10 i don't want to invest in some noob coins.

Bitcoin vs Dogecoin? There's not really much of a comparison is there. Doge is actually quite quick and cheap to transfer but is pretty much regarded by all as a shitcoin.

I'll scream loudly picking bitcoin. Seeing from the price alone is very much different from the doge. Bitcoin is very expensive nowadays and doge is the opposite of it. Doge enough for all circles but all cryptocurrency has its own place with people

Dogecoin is an open source peer to peer cryptocurrency while Bitcoin is the first decentralized peer-to-peer payment network that is powered by its users with no central authority. I think the only benefit from dogecoin is now to use Doge to transfer funds from one exchange to other exchange because doge tranfer is faster than Btc transfer on the other hand doge fee is very minimal as compare to bitcoin. Dogecoin is the most transferred crypto coin of all time. Otherwise doge is nowhere as compare to btc no comparison between them. Btc is the no 1 coin & nowadays doge is getting dropped day by day it seems it will be dumped soon its just my opinion.

I think as the most of the forum participants: DOGE and BTC can not be compared.
Though DOGE is a stable coin, BTC is a symbol and passion, it is a beginning of the process.
No other coins even DOGE can compare with BTC.

What's the need for a comparison. It's always bitcoin, because what dogecoin has reached till date seems to be very small looking at the time period that it has been getting into usage. Can't deny that dogecoin is profitable, but not that effective as bitcoin.

In that competition, I don't think Dogecoin has a chance when comparing to Bitcoin. Bitcoin has a very high price from Dogecoin. Bitcoin is the base of all crypto so obviously Bitcoin has the upperhand of all in my opinion. |

If i choose between the two bitcoin or diogecoin i have no hesitation i choose bitcoin because in terms of value ,popularity,trading etc .diogecoin is not a half in bitcoin.in terms of investment bitcoin alteady known in the market and recognize by the people unlike diogecoin that it is the first time we heard this kind of altcoins. |
