Yes it could be the timing problem. I sent it 30 min ago. I realized it must be after 17.00 eest. Every transaction sending eth to that address is cancelled for the same reason. So most likely insurex regain control. Not sure though.

Could also be due to the gas price (GWEI) as well, not only to gas limit.

I thought ICO will be over in minutes but its still going. Other ICO used to get hard cap with in minutes even in seconds, and they only have hard cap less than $20MM. Is it due to hacking issue earlier today or its due to blood bath in Crypto market today?

there were only several ICO's which managed to reach hard cap in minutes, majority struggle to get the minimum. I am quite surprised that they have collected such significant amount is such a short time.
I have seen no official news about the hack, most probably everything is alright

Already reached at more than 29660 ETH in such a short time. Now it seems hard cap of 83778 ETH is going to be achieved in maximum 2 days as interest of investors is huge in the project. Although outside situation of crypto is bad but I also took risk by investing some small amount of money into it.

Yeah, I strongly doubt that this will last until the end date of July 31st . It is very likely to sell out in the next few days, so anyone who wants in better not wait. Just remember that if you are thinking of waiting, there is no minimum time frame for each tier. Just as tiers 1-3 have already sold out one after another in just a few hours, so can tiers 4-5 over the next day or so.

If you wait, don't be surprised if you go to bed at night and wake up to find that all 5 tiers have completed one after another reaching the hard cap that ends the sale. I have confirmed this with the InsureX team, and they stated "The tiers are not time limited, so it might potentially end earlier than the 31st July".

I totally agree, INSUREX is here to solve another problem via the blockchain and there is no time better than the present to pick up some cheap ETH to participate. The downward trend in the crypto market can't last forever and so far this ICO is looking really good to me.
