I did not receive my tokens. I bought the tokens in the pre-sale and I sent email to team a few days ago and I did not receive a response.

Pre-Sale tokens are not distributed automatically. You have to claim them. Instructions are given here. For me it had worked perfectly.

The problem with some people is that they find it hard to read, how in the world can you invest in a project and can't follow up on detail information about the project.

What happened here? Why are people pessimistic? I could not buy some Insurex, but I was thinking about that possibility! Have the rewards already been delivered? If not, when will it be?

They are pessimistic because IXT is not worth 20x what they paid a couple weeks ago.

Because the team is really slow to submit a request to another exchange site. And that can't bring the more interest to buy insurex token. Bittrex is a key for insurex.

You add custom token in MEW but Whether you mean you have not received the ixt token or you want to send ixt tokens

How do you know that they are slow? Did they provide a date for when it was submitted or when it will be submitted?
Doesn't everyone realize that the exchanges move at their own pace and they'll add it when they feel like it?
