So, I discovered a new exchange because I need to get my hands on some XRB, and the logs I'll be pasting below are from the admin.
I haven't participated in the chat, yet, but I find this behavior very unprofessional and shady.
And, of course, I got banned from their chat after posting. (You can see my posts with blue color below)

Quote
IIKHIKMATULLOH: bitgrail scam or no?
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Give me a reason not to ban you from the chat (why, because a user asked if the exchange is legit or a scam?)
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: IikHikmatulloh I am waiting

Quote
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: If you deposited less than 100, you have lost them, otherwise just wait
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: And learn to read the warning next to the deposit section
Quote
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Place a sell order
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Dexiel08 just be patient
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: What are you scared of? (this guy is serious.)
DEXIEL08: i generate my deposit address then its say its aldready pocket but here nothing mria
DEXIEL08: it didnt pocket
DEXIEL08: in my wallet
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: How long did you wait?
[TG]: I have 195 XRB on my deposit, but when I try to place a sales order, it's not enough XRB, why is it so?
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Turn off Google translate (um, let's assume he'll understand his customer better if he turns off G.T)
DEXIEL08: anthony its 10mins now
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: And? is it too long for you? (wait, you're serious, for real.)
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Then go here and read: https://bitgrail.com/deposit/XRB
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Continue and I ban you (what the actual f?!)

DEXIEL08: sorry. thanks.. (poor guy, lol)

There's been even weirder logs, just didn't want to post anything, thought the guy had a bad day, the day I registered, but this happens constantly whenever I check the chat.
I've been a member of their site for like 3 days, and I seriously can't understand what's wrong with that guy. He's very aggressive towards people who ask about site's legitimacy.

I don't deposit more than 0.1 btc per buy I want to do, because of stuff mentioned above.

Just a heads up. No hot wallet is a safe wallet, no matter what anyone claims.
DYOR

thanks for your time, and stay safe

USER-5766: Hey, ANTHONYGOZZINI. Can I really trust you with my hard earned funds?
USER-5766: I mean by depositing on your exchange
[TG] GREGORST: 5766 why you are asking this?
[TG] GREGORST: We have lot users and we don't need to prove our trust
[TG] GREGORST: 21.78893954 btc exchanged in the last 24 hours
USER-5766: All I can see is how you treat people. Why? Someone asked you if the site is legit and you told him you'll ban him. As you claim this is a trollbox and you're the admin of a site which has a -trollbox- and you want to ban them for such questions? Is your site really safe? Can you see why I am asking you if I can entrust a person like yourself with my earned funds?
[TG] GREGORST: o my god
[TG] THEBOMBER: user 5766, anthony is my admin and he help me a lot with ticket and chat
[TG] THEBOMBER: is not easy to manage all users of a new brand exchnage that ask every hours same questions
[TG] THEBOMBER: please, try to understand
[TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: I didn't tell you I ban you. But coming here and saying "is it scam" is not nice at all
[TG] GREGORST: USer 5766, please say to me where you read "you will be banned", this site is really safe, i get that you are new and you want trust but this is an "everyday" situation.
USER-5766: "IIKHIKMATULLOH: bitgrail scam or no? [TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: Give me a reason not to ban you from the chat [TG] ANTHONYGOZZINI: IikHikmatulloh I am waiting" - this guy asked if the site is a legit site or a scam and you told him you'll ban him if he doesn't give you a reason
[TG] GREGORST: Why are you doing this? Do you want to deposit here, we are trusted, do you want to complain and create problems? Go to other site.
[TG] THEBOMBER: user 5766, you think the trollbox of bitgrail is the better place to ask if bitgrail is scam? (no, that's why I'm making this post on bitcointalk right now, so more people discuss about your service and the way your treat your users.)

That's a good reason why you should trust an exchange, I guess. 22 btc vol in 24 hours, admin helps support reply.

Not sure who is what, or whatever, but having "chat admins" who're a**holes, wont take your far. ref: anthony guy.

Take this piece of advice from someone who runs a site with a trollbox which has 70k sessions per day and 250k registered users.

"stupid question", meh, anyway. Person asked about your site's legitimacy and you tell him he'll get banned if he doesn't give you a good reason why he asked that. Feel the irony?

Wish you good luck, now I'm sure I wont use your service ever again.

EDIT:

Holy s*.
Just saw your bitcointalk signature, "exchange owner". You boosted such confidence right now, lol

One more thing, folks. 1/4 of your XRB volume is from my own buys.

You should know better how to treat a customer. Wink

Long live bittrex. I encourage everyone withdraw their coins to bittrex when they add XRB, it'll be amazing.
I've already withdrawn the coins I got from this exchange to my personal wallet. Don't want to risk it.

Please stop the lowlife game of putting words in my mouth. I didn't even care if your exchange was legit or not, until I saw that guy asking about your site's legitimacy, and your "chat admin" told him he'll ban him.

That guy asked first, then I asked, after he prob got banned.

I need to put my attentions on bitgrail development, and coin security.

Tony is not perfect but trust me, he help me so much Smiley

Your business, your rules, totally respectable.
But having someone treat users the way that guy does, is not acceptable.

Update July 23, 2017. It become more worst than ever before. Now they are freezing user accounts and locking their funds. You cant withdraw your money if it is locked and also they are deleting frozen accounts now. Any critic in trollbox will get banned instantly if you open a support ticket and ask question also will get account freeze after few days account will get deleted. Apparently you lose funds and your account will never exist once it deleted. Beware of bitgrail If you have funds in bitgrail withdraw immediately.

Calling a site "scam" without trying to talk with the support for trying to resolve the problem (if there is one) is a little rude...
Sometimes you may misunderstand something within the site, and they will explain you. Or it can get a technical issue, in this case, people just need to wait until it's resolved. But the most important is trying to understand what is the reason and there is no need to not polite or fast to judge.

Hey Mr. Admin, it is time you and your staff better learn some manners and gain some patience as you are into an online business.
What was the harm in someone asking you a question ?
You should try to make the person understand if you are legitimate.

You guys have no actual clue of what a part of this community can be like. XRB got delisted from Cryptopia just because of it; they were sending death threats to them for a deposit delay...
You'll never have any issue if you ask politely and/or have any clue about blocks/confirmation times.

I remember that. The XRB is community is very toxic. Most of them are Indonesians. It's so funny when it got delisted. They are just putting a bad image on raiblocks.

Came across this thread via Google search results after experiencing registration difficulties. I'm certainly glad that this showed up in the first page of results; it's painfully obvious that the ownership of this exchange is incompetent. While possibly technically able to manage the site, their presence and response in this thread clearly advertises absolute ignorance of business management. In short, it sounds like a service run by teenagers for teenagers. This is not to disparage teenagers, but to highlight their obvious lack of maturity. Thank you, bitgrail, for saving me the liability of doing business with your site.
