My balance is 0.

You're threatening that you'll ban me if I ask for my money 1 more time? Are you fucking serious?
You gonna ban me if I ask where's my $350k?

The minimum amount of Mrai that you can deposit is 100, otherwise you'll lost your coins.

Quote
Warning!
Don't send less than 100 Mrai!
Due to antispam policy, XRB deposits less than 100 Mrai won't be accepted by our wallet and therefore they won't be added on your acount
Furthermore, those deposits won't return back on the old wallet, becoming unavoidably lost
All deposits less than 1000 Mrai will have 5 Mrai fee charged on the deposit.

@TheBomber999

Hello

not here to take part into this argument, but just to let you and the community know that after opening an account to trade some XRB, i found out too late it that i have to verify to withdraw and that it is actually impossible to verify with your exchange. As a result i find myself in a quite uncomfortable situation.

Reason is that it is impossible to load supporting documents into your system without getting some random error messages such like
"must send all required document", "Jpg and png file sonly" or "please try again later" etc

It's been several days and impossible to make any progress; i tried creating another account to see if it would make any difference, tried many different files in different size and formats but still the same old error messages

As a consequence i got funds locked into my Bitgrail account and unable to withdraw because of its "unverified" status.
It is written that it should be possible to withdraw as much as 0.5BTC a day without being verified though.

In any case my guess is that it would probably take weeks before you verify any account anyway, so you should not let people make deposits when unverified or at the minimum clearly disclose during registration that funds will be locked until verification

So please do something about it, because it is clearly an uneasy situation for me and probably many others in the same situation as i need these funds for my business

Also on another note, i think you should add a 2FA password when opening a trading session, like the one found on Gatehub.net
That would probably have avoided the unfortunate problem discussed earlier in this conversation

Grazie! Tongue

https://twitter.com/BitGrail/status/946571431797813249

As you can imagine, a lot of new users are joining Bitgrail every day,
this is causing some delays (like for verification and support tickets). Please be patient

Well this is the copy past message posted on bitgrail.com, i would have expected a more elaborate answer to the different questions on this forum as this goes well beyond my personal situation

Furthermore i'm afraid patience won't help to solve the problem as there obvioulsy is a technical problem with your system that doesn't allow people to submit for verification and that urgently needs to be fixed

EDIT: i finally succeeded uploading documents a little while after posting on the forum; not sure what happened

I just came here to post this, and found others saying the same thing.

Not only are they not competent enough to run more than one node, despite the fact that the Raiblocks team offered to walk them through it, they have an extremely bad attitude. I asked politely enough why my withdrawal from 6am is not even shown as processing, and why my support ticket is unanswered and got crap and attitude for "not reading what we wrote" from a mod.

I pointed out he was acting unprofessional and childish and he may have forgotten we're customers and got banned. Then there was the public Twitter spat with the Raiblocks devs. I do not hold out hope for seeing my XRB at this rate, bad exchange, bad people. Wait for a better exchange, do not buy here, you've been warned.

I will update if anyone ever answers my ticket, but by the attitude of the BitGrail team and other things I've read I think they'll just keep my XRB and blame it on the node bug. I'll also provide screenshots later.

We really like these users in the trollbox. Every day we have users like that... Lots of warning are put on the site about NOT talking about deposit/withdrawal and trust in the trollbox. And what did you do? The exact opposite. You deserved it. We don't need you on bitgrail, bitgrail has its loyal users. Goodbye.

Open a ticket and you will have you an answer to your question.

Asking in the trollbox is "How to kill myself"

I see the "we're too popular to be polite and professional" attitude comes straight from the top.

This twitter search (bitgrail verification) will tell you all you need to know about how BitGrail treat their customers. They're actually worse than Cryptsy (remember them)?

https://twitter.com/search?q=bitgrail%20verification&src=typd

Not one reply, update, or even acknowledgement from BitGrail...

LOL! Crypto customer service at it's absolute best. You couldn't make it up! Roll over YoBit, there's a new kid in town!

Now the owner of the exchange is making veiled threats to his own customers daring them to reveal their identity by getting verified.  Grin

Lel, glad I didn't keep my XRB in this shithole joke of an exchange.

If your country isn't present, just don't select anything.

From BitGrail's CEO:

Have you seen that it is not a mandatory field?

Francesco Firano and his partner Andrea Davoli (owner of Bitgrail company) both of Florence, Italy have frozen my Bitgrail account (cannot make any withdrawn) with the excuse of their "Account Verification".
I sent all the required documents but had no answer since long time.
In case of not receiving any reply within 24 hours I will place my legal complaint to Italian Police so to proceed with a legal investigation and the seize of Bitgrail company

Nothing to add. Smiley

Hello, I have a question and I would not bug you with it since you are the owner but your support is not answering me. I have submitted all of the needed documents in order to fully verify my account so I can actually withdraw some coins. I have opened a ticket but your support did not answer it. Can you help me please to speed up this process a little bit because I kind of want to make some trades.

Appreciate it, cheers

Bitgrail scammer confirmed.

From Nano team:

Official Statement Regarding BitGrail Insolvency
On February 8th, 2018, the Nano Core team was informed by Francesco “The Bomber” Firano — owner and operator of the BitGrail exchange — of a loss from the BitGrail wallet. Our team promptly contacted law enforcement and we are fully cooperating with law enforcement on this matter.

From our own preliminary investigation, no double spending was detected on the ledger and we have no reason to believe the loss was due to an issue in the Nano protocol. The problems appear to be related to BitGrail’s software.

We had no knowledge of BitGrail’s insolvency prior to February 8th.

In our conversation yesterday (which you can find attached here, this link has been edited to redact a private email.), Firano informed us of missing funds from BitGrail’s wallet. An option suggested by Firano was to modify the ledger in order to cover his losses — which is not possible, nor is it a direction we would ever pursue.

BitGrail is an independent business and Nano is not responsible for the way Firano or BitGrail conduct their business. We have no visibility into the BitGrail organization, nor do we have control over how they operate.

We now have sufficient reason to believe that Firano has been misleading the Nano Core Team and the community regarding the solvency of the BitGrail exchange for a significant period of time.

We will not be responding to individual posts or accusations by Firano regarding this situation. We are preparing all information we have on the matter such as blockchain entries, screenshots, and chat logs and presenting them to law enforcement.

Please refer to our Twitter account @nanocurrency for future links to official statements.
