Really unbelievable the way this whole situation got handled, for me  Francesco Firano did lose all credits he had left. Even after all this time the users who got their funds locked know basically nothing, and start to wonder if this exchange will ever open again. It looks like he is only winning time to hide his ass before some mad people will find him and start playing games with him in real life.

Will give the TheBomber999 some well deserved negative trust, expected to see already a huge list of negative trust but so far he is still in green.

Well, indeed there is a small miracle but I think it isn't enough - not enough to fully trust again bitgrail with my funds.
IMO the 20% nano refund + 80% BGS (Bitgrail Shares) is just a bait to regain back bitgrail users in regards to the planned re-opening of the exchange operation.

Personally I think hes a lying sack of shit the size of the transactions are way beyond what any normal user could have done verified or not the numbers don't add up.

There is still a chance that unaffected users and non nano holders will trust again bitgrail. There would be a decline on trades, yes but I guess it's not the end.

U read the conversation with Nano devs ? he was threatening them trying to blackmail them into giving him 17 mln NANO that he lost.
There are several people on reddit working on what really happened but as long as he does not hand over his database like he should If he was Innocent, its slow work but they figured out a lot already.
He's a Thief he's making NANO holder pay for everything when other coins where affected 2 people where posting about that on Telegram before he shut it down the next day ,but that doesn't help his narrative and that was much less in value so Nano holders are getting cheated even more.
Im also very surprised he still has positive Trust on here i guess someone on the staff here likes him.

Yes there will be mad people looking for him his friends and family personally I wouldn't resort to violence but I'm sure not everyone will , lives got destroyed people lost a lot of money and the way he's handling it is definatly not helping.
The line "either u live as a programmer or die as a scammer" or something like that on his twitter didnt make him any new friends .. u got some big ballz posting and pinning that after u "lost" 200 million of other peoples money ..

This market is literally infested with act-first-think-later noobs. It's an entire industry they keep supporting because of their stupidity. I have never seen people be more willing to invest in garbage than the ones we're dealing with here.

Greed makes people do stupid things, that we have seen already. At some point you would think that people learn from their mistakes, but that doesn't even seem to be the case. It's mistake after mistake after another mistake.

There's been even weirder logs, just didn't want to post anything, thought the guy had a bad day, the day I registered, but this happens constantly whenever I check the chat.
I've been a member of their site for like 3 days, and I seriously can't understand what's wrong with that guy. He's very aggressive towards people who ask about site's legitimacy.

I don't deposit more than 0.1 btc per buy I want to do, because of stuff mentioned above.

Just a heads up. No hot wallet is a safe wallet, no matter what anyone claims.

That's a good reason why you should trust an exchange, I guess. 22 btc vol in 24 hours, admin helps support reply.

Firstly screenshot is preferable and such text won't be enough to prove that they did that. But if i will pretend this is a concrete evidence i think that incharge in the chat would not be avoiding questions hence giving doubts on the viewers and that will leave a mark. An admin or whatever he/she is shouldn't avoid customers questions if possible cause that's their job and they shouldn't treat their customers like that. So that's my honest opinion so far.

Totally agree.  Nano was one of the most promishing project until BitGrail ruined it all .
Now its sitting at less than 90% of its peak value and there is no limit to downfall . Its all because of trust loss in the community because of BitGrail
