Hey o48o, the tokens are still locked as there is still one phase of the ICO left. Afterward, the tokens will be tradable and listed on exchanges. Right now the timeline looks like this:

• Get approval from the regulatory authorities in Europe to sell the first tokenized house
• Sell the tokenized house
• Do the final phase of the ICO
• List BBK on exchanges

"On Friday, March 9th, Brickblock was invited to participate in a pitch competition at the blockchain-REAL event (sponsored by PwC) in Graz, Austria.

The competition saw nine startups present their business to a panel of six judges. Each had extensive experience in both real estate and blockchain technology.

Shortly after Brickblock’s pitch, the jury deliberated, totalling their scores as well as those from the audience via an online survey. All participants were asked to return to the main room, where the winner would be announced in front of around 300 attendees.

Drum roll, please…

In case the title didn’t give it away, the unanimous winner was Brickblock (based on judges’ and audience votes).

Brickblock Business Developement/Product Manager Alex Jones and Head of Communications Christian Näthler were summoned to the stage to share a few words about the company, thank their moms, and accept a trophy that has a proud new home at our Berlin office.

Halfway through the after-party, Alex was asked to join Vienna-based startup and innovation platform Der Brutkasten for a Facebook live interview. Never one to pass up an opportunity for playing it safe, he shared Brickblock’s vision to simplify the world of investing in real estate:

The whitepaper hasn't been updated. Brickblock is moving so quickly it's hard to keep everyone updated. Brickblock has filed the first ever prospectus for regulatory approval in the European Union, to make tokenization compliant with regulators in the EU.
