is there a minimum amount of coins that i need in my wallet to start staking? if not what would be a decent amount to start?

Technically no, but the more coins you have in your wallet, the more frequent you will stake.

Also please note that staking right now doesn't pay much as its staking for fees right now. So even a small amount of say a few hundred DNR can earn you stakes daily but like I said don't expect to earn too much as the staking rewards are less then 0.1 DNR at the moment until the coin goes fully POS in around 2 years or so. Unless there is a change to POSv3.
Thanks for the information guys, wasn't entirely sure how the staking worked with denarius.

No problem mate! Good luck if you decide to stake DNR. I have been staking it for many months now only because I want to support the project and while we wait for future developments, I thought why not just stake even though the rewards are small but they all add up in the end. We never know these small stakes could be worth big $$$$ in the future.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

Anyone have any information or an analysis on how the price of BTC affects low cap coins like DNR?  When you look at charts like the ones at Coinmarketcap.com, they show both DNR/BTC and DNR/USD, and with the value of BTC rising, it would seem there would be a bigger divergence of the DNR/BTC and DNR/USD rate, but they stay relatively parallel.

Is there any good overview over all pools and their hashrate? I mean something like this for AEON which I mine on my CPU.

If not better to mine than staking.

BTCHowever some ace' can place a costing chart of mining DNR ?

1. Market price of DNR:
2. Current 1 DNR mining electricity cost on GPU:
If 1<2.. the pricing in market is cheaper than mining .. That should force the market to raise the level of pricing.

I will do that if I could buy that with USD.. But buying with BTC is you need to factor. BTC Transfer fee and Exchange Fee.

I will ignore the undercover shill, and let you know that the highest hashrate is at yiimp, and second at hashbag.

Maybe what you say can be included in the latest, official explorer

True but while they are just sitting in people's wallets, why not stake them. Every little bit adds up and like I said in the future these small amounts of DNR earned now maybe worth a lot more in the future.

Also if people can continue to vote for DNR to hopefully get listed on Altcoin.io exchange. We currently have 135 votes which is a great start but we need a lot more to match the top coins getting votes. https://altcoinexchange.featureupvote.com/suggestions/2093/denarius-dnr

I was asked my thought on denarius is gitter chat, I figured I should post it here as well.

Quote
@buzzkillb for me, dnr is a longterm play.. I have no expectation on getting rich off dnr in the next 6 months or even the next year..

But @carsenk delivers updates on a fairly regular basis and he is working on stuff that I think is important, like getting the Go implementation of denariusd going so we can get atomic swaps which I think will be important in the future.

The fud that Carsen hodls a premine means very little to me to be honest, there is no exchange with liquidity to absorb 350k+ coins anyway so he will not dump them all at once..
He might dump a 1-3k every day but so what? If he needs to fund his expensive gold-flaked advocado toast habit or whatever he uses his money on (idk), it is fine by me as long as he stays with the project and keeps developing..

Also, there is someone accumulating A LOT of dnr by mining (the DKM4 addy) this is usually done by someone who will pump the coin in the future, basically the miner is limiting supply on the exchanges making the coin more pumpable. If someone wants 50%+ supply of a coin, it is not to dump it all at once..

ALSO, a few of the people I respect in the cryptoscene is mining or accumulating this coin, so that is a plus to me as well.

TL;DR I believe $DNR could go above $5 within the next 2 years.

Edited for readability.

How about the Kucoin exchange, any plans (or even consideration) about listing DNR there? I have been using it myself (the exchange) and I'm loving it. Any word from the dev team on that regard? If so, how is it going? When can we expect to see dnr listed on kucoin (i believe it would also give more exposure to the coin and bring up its value). I've been geting some via faucets and trying to buy also. How is the staking going? Anyone getting good results with it?
