Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Question... Is it true though, according to the whitescroll... eventually if demand increases enough the speed of DNR will slow down? But with 30 second blocks you still won't be waiting bitcoin length of times, but longer than the current instant wallet transfer and then ~2-3 minute confirms? How slow can it realistically get if the mempool backs up with transactions?

And, given that, it it a little irresponsible to promote this as a superfast coin? Cause right now it's lightning quick, but it's expected to slow down some degree, afaik... Personally, I think that with its low max # of coins and it's PoS features it's more interesting to me as a store of wealth, but still with the ability to spend your DNR faster than BTC.

I think it would be smart to promote it as something like "digital platinum you can spend like cash." That's a pretty cool concept, I think.

Just wondering and thinking out loud.

If there is more than 4.4k transactions in 30 seconds, then the highest fee transactions will be picked by the miners and the rest left in mempool which will be processed within 60 seconds, unless there is another 4.4k transactions added to the pool within 30 seconds.

Generally speaking unless over 100000 transactions are dumped into the pool at once, the transactions will complete confirmations within 10 minutes.

hashbag.cc running 0% fees still.. has been stable now for a few days. if anyone is interested.. come on back! seems that most of the hash ended up at ccminer again (over 50% last time i checked) so it would be good to spread some hash.. once we get some more miners back and are solving 20+ blocks an hour, i'll set the payouts back to 1 hour Smiley

I'm back

Project sounds promising, just invested sum.

There's much room for marketcap growth and if there are continous updates, there will be a pretty big increase in near future

DNR is flying under radar at the moment.
If DNR hits bigger exchanges and people realize this coin exits, then this coin will skyrocket.
I see DNR at 10$ in the near future.

This coin is definitely a tool for traders.
The fastest and cheapest coin to move between exchanges, I love it!

I heard a rumor of DNR coming to https://bter.com/

Can anyone confirm this?

edit
Well I cant get any confirmation so i guess its not true

Denarius is one of the fastest options for transferring coins that's for sure. It will be interesting to see where this coin goes if it gets added to more exchanges. Keep up the good work Carson. Smiley

Yes, 44mhs with ccminer 2.2 is about right. With CWIgm I get about 56.

Carsen, since you already have staking and fast transactions... if you were to add in anonymous-style transactions coupled with these first two... you might have the perfect coin that has all the features we all look for.

Stealth Addresses? Denarius already has this along with encrypted messaging

In the GUI, go to Receive -> New Address -> Click left of Stealth Address -> Click Ok

always happy to have new people at hashbag! ccminer has more than 50% of the miners so people seem to want to go there, but that's not so healthy for the network.

still 0% fee on DNR

stratum links:

netherlands:

Is there a way to hook into the client using API calls or something to manipulate the wallets? I wanna make a front end system that I can access in my network.
