Well I guess after this fight you can't call Mayweather "Baby Face" anymore. I'm sure McGregor will do his best to crush this man's ego.

Mayweather needs to find someone who can beat him , he's too dirty in ring. I'll be hoping for that no more baby face memes after their game. McGregor needs to do great in ring to make this happen.many will celebrate if ever happens.

I think it is all about money, and McGregor, he is a good fighter, I think it is not easy to beat by Mayweather. MayWeather will win because it is boxing, he is undefeated in this sport, he has a good career. How could you imagine that the boxer and the MMA fighter will have a chance to fight, it is for money.

I'm a solid fan of McGregor, if he lose, its ok. And if he win much better, I don't want the dirty skill of Mayweather in boxing, he is smart, he use his feet to run and run.

I agree that MMA would be better if you need to fight in the streets because it utilizes and takes advantage of all your body parts. In boxing, you are only allowed to use your hands to punch and in a street fight, there are no rules. We will see when the fight is happening already to see if the people are right or wrong with their predictions, I just hope whoever you put your money into, you could win.

I watched highlights of Floyd's last fight with Andre Berto 2 years ago. Floyd looked slower, less technical and less athletic. He looks like he's getting old and his skills are deteriorating. Not certain if that will factor into his fight with Conor. Floyd admitting he's not as good a boxer today as he was 2 years ago.

We may have a better idea of how good a boxer Conor is after he spars with Malignaggi.

There is no doubt that Mayweather is getting too old, no one can deny that and he is going to fight someone who hasn't boxed professionally in his entire life, I believe on that count Mayweather will have the edge of McGregor. As the best defensive boxer there is currently, I know he will carry the day.

That little leprechaun is going to get his "wilttle feelers hurt" when he gets knocked the hell out by a little old man. He talked and talked until he finally convinced the little old man to come out of retirement....He picked the fight with the little old man and now that little old man is going knock that boy out....And, we all get to watch it happen!  Why didn't he pick a fight with a real fighter, like Diaz....why's he fighting little old men?

Well let's hope the old man is fit enough to withstand his youthful exuberance and can last the entire duration of the fight. I know Floyd is a good boxer but can he withstand connors punches? We live to see.

Here's the problem: if he wins, he won by picking a fight with a little old man instead of fighting a REAL opponent, like Nate Diaz who'd already served him up twice.  If he loses then he got whipped by a little old man who'd already hung up his gloves.  So, neither situation proves Conor is a tough guy; in fact, all it proves is that he chooses the easiest fights which make the most money. He's not fighting this fight to prove he's tough because this fight wont prove he's tough....It wont prove nuttin'

Well Mayweather has been in that situation before. LOL. They said he is afraid of Pacquaio and avoiding him for years. But he proves otherwise. Floyd even told that even if he win against Pacquiao he will still not getting the credit for fighting and defeating the little man. Which is true. The cycle will just repeats itself. This will always be the argument whichever fighter it is.

Mayweather has been told to be scared of people for years. Ever since he started using his more defensive approach to beat fighters as he got older (because boxing casuals forget that Mayweather was knocking guys out in the begining when he was younger, he has 26 wins by KO) they started criticizing his style.

In my book he is a legend. Overcame all of his obstacles, and adapted to always find a way to win. Now he just needs to win this one to finish with a perfect record and more money than you could ever count. And without taking any major damage. Just look at how a lot of 40 year old boxers look like compared to Mayweather, most can't properly talk. Of course there are people like Rocky Marciano which were able to take massive amounts of damage, and be able to retire undefeated and with perfect speech, but these guys have brick skulls and somehow don't get major brain trauma.

Conor McGregor does not seem that taller than Mayweather, they are at the same eye level. Im saying "if its legit" because who knows if Mayweather is standing in something to appear taller for the shoot lol. We will see if this video showcasing fight heights is legit when the weight ins happen.

 Well for starters they are just doing this for money, they I'm equally fan of MMA and Boxing but for me boxing has been so scripted the player were just playing for money and many people can see that unlike MMA they see real blood and real fight. Like, the recent match of Pacman and Horn I think that was so scripted, the judges let Horn win and there will be a rematch and Pacman will get his belt back and it got more interesting when Horn called Mayweather, just because Horn won by unanimous decision. In boxing industry I think money is the only keeping it running, unlike MMA you see real fighters. Between Mayweather and McGregor, I would actually vote for McGregor because Mayweather is being cocky just because he never lost a game because he just keeps running and running but McGregor is not just about talking cocky but he delivers it in the ring unlike Mayweather that's like a chicken keeps running. We all know that both of them a very cocky and just want the money but I hope McGregor will TKO Mayweather so that he will taste what its like to be TKO'd and stop being a cocky chicken.

Boxing matches don't work like that.It's not like the one who stays for long in a fight wins the match but the one who scores more points by landing more punches.More stamina doesn't mean stronger.

I think by now you should be aware that boxing is already a business. There are many pieces to the puzzle when it comes to building a successful boxing event. Promoters, matchmakers, managers and television executives all have roles to play. And, of course, without the boxers themselves, there would be no event at all. if you seen most of the replied here all of us knew the advantage of being a pro but who knows if money will talk about this game what if mafias and fixers push this game to draw or in favor of Conor we really can't say the result just like what happen with pacquiao's previous fight its clear in the eyes of who bets with him and watched him who's the real winner but the results are different.

It worked 49 times, it should work again. Anything can happen in the sport of boxing tho, which is what makes this fight interesting, to see if McGregor lucks out and uses his power to KO him. I think his possibilities for an upset will get increasingly harder the longer the fight goes on. Mayweather typically tests the opponent for some rounds then proceeds to perform surgery on him, so McGregor needs to find a way o stop the fight quick.

This fight is not about the sports or boxing or MMA. It's about the money as usual. Boxing's reputation is not getting any better and people are now moving to MMA. What we see like 5-10 years ago was a Cold War between Arum's promotion Top Rank and Dela Hoya's Golden Boy. Or even HBO sponsored fighters against ShowTime fighters. That's why we don't see fights that we want to see. Its all in-house fights. But since they have patch up things, we have seen Mayweather-Pacman. And more fighters are giving the chance to fight over other stables.

I heard people are saying in the past as well that Manny should hit Mayweather hard to win, I guess it will be a hard job for Connor to put Mayweather to sleep because he is an active boxer who knows the right timing to hit and run. I would not deny that I believe Floyd is the smartest man in boxing history although I am not a fan of him but he clearly shows what boxing is.
