Hello! I accidentally (myself) clicked on the link in the email and accidentally frozen my account on Poloniex. The question was written in the ticket ( https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/174430). It's been over (on June 15, 2017) 22 days and my account has not been defrosted! How long can we wait? If anyone can help in defrosting. I perfectly understand that the support service is overloaded, but it's been a long time already = ( Sorry for my Google translator.

I have withdrawals awaiting approval from over 72 hours ago. No response from support team. Will go out of my way to not use polo in the future - this is very annoying. They've got about 5 BTC worth of coins that I can't seem to move
