Sorry about this design -  we don't have a lot of experience in advertising on this Forum.
Pre-ICO will last untill 09 of July. And our main ICO campaign for "retail" model will start in August. This would be the first part of the Project as we have three different and very profitable business models inside our processing system

The patent has been filed for so long already. So this one was not created just yesterday.
But the team needs to fast track the development, else, this will become obsolete because of the fast changing environment in technology.

Yes, you are right, we have 3 different ICOs. However, let me explain what we exactly do.

Well, we designed new financial instrument. Where we already implemented own processing, application for Point-of-Sale terminals (NewPos) and Applet for SmartCards. From business side our project opens up new mechanism of market relationships in different areas (B2B, B2C, C2C).

At this moment we are gathering the investments for the turnover to create new Operator in the system for B2C (cashforward requires investments on the first phase) and to do system improvements.

As I mentioned above, new Operator will be created and the owners of tokens will receive the share.

Next ICOs are different market solutions based on the Credo technology. We will provide similar share of the new created Operators for B2B and C2C sectors too.

If you have a look at the whitepaper in details, you will find that we use absolutely new financial instrument which is legal around the world - derivatives.
Credo allows us to create different projects based on the derivatives financial model. I agree with you regarding fast changing environment, however it doesn't matter for the idea. It's just a mechanism.

Modern technologies market affects such part of our project as JavaCards. From one hand we can simplify UX using NFC and even just phone number instead of the cards.
However, because of JavaCards we have hardware wallet and can hold cryptocurrency inside.

The Credo Idea is a fundamental layer which is independent on the technologies.

The main unit of account in CREDO system is a Derivative, under which the parties (buyer and seller) assume the right or obligation to perform certain actions with respect to the underlying asset.
The scheme of financial payments between partners, clients and operators can be implemented as a so-called Cash-Forward model, when the Operator make a preliminary security payment to the Client (issuer of derivatives), and then sells the Client's obligation to the buyers of its goods.
Despite the fact that the Cash-Forward scheme requires a high working capital from the Operators, it has a number of significant advantages:
1)   the operator, and subsequently the buyer of goods, receives a significant discount from the issuer due to the preliminary security payment;
2)   the client that issues electronic certificates gets a high turnover of money and a guaranteed channel for sale of goods.

It is very important to note that The Electronic Certificate is a real financial insrument called a "Derivative" and it may be issued only with respect to the underlying Asset or Obligation. It means that every Electronic Certificate issued in our system is connected with already existing asset or obligation. That is why our processing system was approved by Deutsche Bank when one of our partners was making international transaction through our system.

Good question! Yes, we do. We have terminals and EMV Javacards. Credo processing uses newpos8110 now, but application can be run on 8210 as well.
Moreover HAL (hardware abstraction layer) allow us to migrate on any other platforms in certain time.

Sorry, but here is no any "deception". If you look attentively on the ABSTRACT OF INVENTION this russian patient was firstly published in 2015. And in 2016 we made official procedure of Contract Registration of an agreement on the transfer of patent rights to our legal entity and also in 2016 we made all the necessary preparations to issue international patent-bids in those countries where our operators will work. The main idea of the Patent is that our system has two specified virtual areas: 1) "Circulation of money" and 2) "Circulation of derivateves". That is why this method may be implemented to any currency in the world, especially to CRYPTOS. And that is why we see the great future of our project in the "cryptocurrency" world!

Well, regarding first part of your question: there are 18+ different international merchants from various market areas already took a participations, e.g www.led10.ru, www.kardent.ru, www.serdcekarelii.ru, www.kodi-market.ru and much more. However, the much bigger turnover had been achieved by international contracts. Contract details is commercial secret of course, but anyway we just show total numbers of both local merchants and international contracts.

Regarding law challenges, yes, you are right and we really have some difficulties in law. The biggest one is to adopt the derivative (certificate) as a payment instrument to the country law. Law and economy are different in each country and depends on the amount of discounts, turnover speed, amount of deposit payments and commissions.

After the ICO we will create international Operator and give shares to investors proportionally to their investments. First ICO is oriented on B2C market, we are also going to provide opportunity to pay by cryptocurrency with Credo Platform. There are some merchants already sent agreement to us.

Next 2 ICOs will be different, because of they are oriented on another markets B2B and C2C. Credo created financial instrument and it can be applied in many services.

Law and economy are different in each country and depends on the amount of discounts, turnover speed, amount of deposit payments and commissions.

Yes, you are quite right: our main token for sharing with all investors will be created in the format ERC20. These tokens will be listed on exchange. Every future ICO-model will distribute these type of tokens. But as we said before we want to give our tokenholders different ways of getting profit from every type of CREDO business model. That means we will create special tokens for each type of licence and for DAO members. This special tokens must be exchanged to the main tokens if an investor wish to get profit from a specific type of CREDO business model. If the main tokens will be exchanged to the specific tokens, they are frozen for the period that the investor wants.

Exact tokens count will be calculated and distibuted after the PRE-ICO by Poloniex rates. Token prices linked to USD and you are investing with cryptos. The amount of tokens shown in your account is changing due to the currency rates. When preICO will be finished we make calculations by average rates.
