Bought a few LNC's and the account still says 'updatingLNC'.According to your telegram support I shouldn't have sent them from my Poloniex account.Fine,what about my refunds ? I still lost my ETH right ? I'm wondering how much of such amounts are lost everyday and are they even refunded ? I need to get my refunds if I can't get equal amounts of LNC's. Please process my request at your priority.

the fault belong to you , all peoples know that you NEVER buy coins from ICO with Exchanges wallet. Pretty sure you'll have to talk to Poloniex about this if the smart contract went through with its program, which it seems like it did. Basically, you're at the mercy of Poloniex and if they choose to help you at all (there's too many people whom they would have to deal with if they actually helped everybody who flunked ICO transactions) it might take weeks if not months. In either case, in the future make sure to read very carefully and not just throw money around randomly on a whim or I can 100% guarantee you that you will lose everything, even if you end up rich for a brief period of time due to blind luck. So far everybody has gotten their stakes and I'm 100% sure that Blocklancer will pay out all shares exactly as promised. They're a real gem of a team of a quality that is extremely rare within the ICO space. |

I'm just giving pointers for the future, which will make it much easier for you to navigate the crypto space (and the internet in general). It's best to be self-sufficient and to figure out things on your own in my opinion, since it instills a habit of self-improvement rather than reliance/dependence on others. It's pretty much impossible for Blocklancer to become unsuccessful. The only thing that they haven't proven to be on top of the game yet is marketing. And I don't see how they could flunk that while having worked out even the most intricate detail of the platform before even launching the ICO. I have so much faith in this project that I've actually thrown a few dozen ETH at it on top of supporting the team through the bounty campaign. This is the type of token that will survive even the big crypto crash (if there should ever be one), so make sure to hold onto your tokens very tightly instead of selling them for some hyped rubbish. Keep in mind that stakes don't update automatically in realtime, so if your board shows 0 (or doesn't move for a few days) don't be surprised and rest assured that you'll get your shares and bounty.
