Why BILL GATES do not USE Bitcoin?

First of all if you are rich doesn't mean you don't want to become richer. Secondly, I don't know why Bill Gates haven't made an investment in bitcoin yet but I remember to have read it somewhere that he showed some interest in bitcoin. He might have some plans to come up with something which might contribute a lot to bitcoin but that's just my guess only

If you are still young (like Zuckerberg or the Winklevii twins), you may want to pursue other interests where money would play only a secondary role and be a tool (one of the many) of achieving your goal. In this way, investing in Bitcoin is not a very interesting occupation unless you specifically go for profits. So why Bill might be interested in that?

Yes that's true but I read most people saying he's already so rich etc etc so that was my answer to them, I just wanted to tell them that Bill Gates being rich isn't something which should stop him from making an investment in bitcoin.

There are some millionaires that are open with their bitcoin investments, but many of them don't even handle their own money. They have people for that. Put 1 million here and 1 million there and their brokers are handling the rest.

Basically Bill Gates doesn't have any time to think about currency that he should use or spend. He is nothing but s think-tank, so he always keep​himself busy in pondering to create new platform of Microsoft or new dimension of information technology.

Bill gates is not using bitcoin because he just want to make investment in bitcoin and he want it for long term and we all know that bitcoin already invested in bitcoin a few years ago and for sure he already made a lot of money in bitcoin and his company is accepting bitcoin as payment and for sure it is directing to a cold storage wallet which is made for long term storage.

I think Bill Gates not only invested in Bitcoin but he invested a lot in Crytocurency. The billionaire they are gradually moving to Bitcoin business because Bitcoin has a lot of potential and in the future when Bitcoin is accepted worldwide it will be very high priced.

Maybe, there are some others who are as open about their Bitcoin investments (honestly, I'm not really interested in that question). But I disagree that investors, and especially those who built their wealth via investing in, say, stocks, don't care about or don't know the assets where their money gets poured into (unless they retire from the business, of course). Even the same Bill Gates is known to have been investing in specific silver mines (though he didn't build his wealth like Warren Buffett exclusively through investing), and I will never believe that he had nothing to do with that (it is possible that Warren Buffett himself advised him to invest in silver). Indeed, he didn't peruse through financial reports and statements of every silver mine in the world all by himself, but his investments were certainly not in the way as you are trying to make it look (they "could have their money in cryptocurrencies and not even know it")

Well i don't really know. But i bet that's because he's rich already? Like why should he invest in bitcoin to make himself richer though. And also, we don't know that. Maybe he secretly invest in bitcoin? Or maybe he doesn't care about bitcoin at all since he already has so many investment. Yes, I think because it's too rich man. He not obligated to use bitcoin to be more richer, because why should he invest in bitcoin to make himself richer though?
Also, maybe he didn't know bitcoin and even he now it, maybe he didn't know how to use it. Anyways, he is too rich, he can use it like anyone.

However, I don't think Bill Gates invests in crypto. For him it is just extra money. In the crypto currency investing currency speculators. This is their issue.

I'm not so sure about that, Microsoft is a company created in America and the US laws can be very broad in its application, even if a subsidiary in another country did something, microsoft will still be liable in the US too, that is why US companies are very cautious to try to not provoke the ire of uncle Sam.

He's a businessman and I guess he has bitcoin and not just informing the public. Maybe he is just reading updates about bitcoin and also monitoring it when he has spare time. Possible that he has no bitcoin too, because I have read somewhere that studies says, if there was a $1,000 infront of him, he is not going to pick him up because the seconds that will be used for picking up that money will lose him $2,000.

Hope you know that Bill Gates stepped down from day to day activities of Microsoft as he is working on other social projects mainly Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and from what i read about him,his day to day schedules are planned well ahead and leads a busy life even after stepping down and the most important question here in this context is,no one knows if Bill Gates have invested in bitcoin but according to his interview with fox business i think he might have invested some money in it.

I think he may have investment a few millions USD on bitcoins. I think millions for him is nothing so he doesn't care enough. They are busy with their foundation anyways and helping a lot of poor people globally so he don't bother. And probably he's profit will just go to charity so its cool for him if he did actually invested in crypto's specially bitcoin

oh please do you understand what are you talking? That man is so rich and why the hell does he wants to be more rich? He has so much money that he can't to spend all during his life. He can to purchase almost all bitcoin but why? Tell me one factor why he has to invest in bitcoin, what will he get? Nothing. And buying bitcoins doesn't means that you are respected.

Can't understand how and why will Bill Gates change world by bitcoin? How bitcoin can to change the world so radically? Payment is payment, finally everything is converted in USD. Bitcoin is only best payment way, not something to change the world. Also if Bill gates has so much money that he can to buy really huge amount of bitcoin, this will change game and price. The US is more like a global gendarme nowadays, or a global bully, if you please. In fact, it is not only about companies registered and operating in the US with their subsidiaries in some other country doing something which the American authorities might not quite like that will suffer severe consequences home, in the US. It is not even about some foreign companies having subsidiaries or branches in the US. It is just about any company in the world even if it has nothing to do with the US in general and the US government in particular at all. The Swiss banks had been forced to disclose personal info of the American citizens which kept their money in these Swiss banks in Switzerland itself

I think gates will not invest in these bitcoins because he is running a big company and he will not get time to think about this bitcoin. Maybe he will invest, but he will not disclose with others because it is illegal money. I think bitcoins is a small matter for him he is Bilinear and he doesn't want to make money from this bitcoins. He will earn more money from his business.

Only Bill Gates knows if he have bitcoin or not. If ever he bought bitcoin few years ago and haven't announced it in public maybe because it will affect bitcoin price so much and the government might do something about bitcoin since he is a very influential man.
