There is no faucet running so an account can only be created by existing account holders.

All you need to do is to change the password and remove the old private keys so that it will only be you controls your account.

How to get a part of the 680M EVOStarting at Ethereum block 3,950,000 and every 50,000 blocks, if you hold Chronobank TIME, you will get free EVO.
You will get 100 EVO for every TIME you hold every 50,000 blocks.
The conditions must be followed:
1. To qualify for Block N, your TIME address must have only 1 transaction from block 3,920,000 to block N. This means you must move your TIME to a new address after block 3,920,000 and before block N to get free EVO. This is done to simplify my manual verification and to make sure only those who are interested will get the free EVO. You can let your TIME tokens stay there without any additional transaction and get free EVO every 50,000 Blocks. If you spend your time, you must move it to a new address to qualify for the next checkpoint block.
2. To qualify for Block N, you must have 10 or more TIME tokens in your address. This is to reduce my effort for dust values.
3. You must post here a signed message proving that you own a particular TIME address. You must include in your message your Evolution account, the block number, the EVO tokens you expect to get (for me to easily check), your TIME address, and a signed message to prove that you indeed own that address. If you don't qualify, you will get a reply from me why. If you qualify, you will get your free EVO sent to your account.
This will go on until 680M EVO is exhausted.
