That account can't be created as there seems not to be any forum or blog powered by prop foundation. The idea of trustworthy property storage on the blockchain has been around for years and is supported by fed structure of factom network. Having said that I'm not sure if there's any need for another one.

Can you tell us when the ETH rate for $1 per token will be locked-in?  Will it be the same for the pre-sale and the main ICO, or will it depend on the ETH value at the time of each offering?

Just thinking, if the ETH rate per token isn't locked in, pre-sale buyers may be at a disadvantage if the ETH rate per token is more favorable during the ICO.  Thanks.

There won't be a lock for ETH. Price for the tokens (except for fixed one in usd) will be updated regularly according to the market situation.
