CaptChadd: if somebody can get my linux servers the initial blockchain download plus give me a currently working node to the network, I can provide 2 (soon possibly 3) hard-coded IPs for people to download the blockchain from. Not looking for any sort of compensation. Donations are welcomed though.

Let me know what you think.

Veddy
EDIT: I've gotten the blockchain started on the first server by pointing it to bbq.ltcoin.net as a node to establish a connection to the network. Will start the second server downloading shortly.

With the rebound in Bqc, I'll take 95000 per 7970 listed above. Free USPS Priority within the Us. CaptChadd offered to escrow as well.

If you take all four cards I'll take 15k bqc off.

I'm considering the XFX one. Has it already been registered with XFX?

Alrighty guys. For anyone interested in joining the BBQCoin network, you can use the following inside your bbqcoin.conf file. Will remain online permanently unless the host tanks which is not likely at this point. I will be adding another IP in shortly once it finishes downloading the blockchain.

Code:
addnode=198.211.110.36:19323
addnode=192.241.132.112:19323

EDIT: Second IP posted.

Since I apparently can't make my own signature yet, Donation address which helps offset the cost of my servers: bMvkaHKrfYQGEzLCD54hpnXnBb69BLfigU . Appreciating the BQC network atm. Smiley

I could sort out a donation for you. If you are not already, maybe log in our IRC chat, it is quiet at the moment due the new coins coming out everyday but its good for when we do message on there, you can be kept in the loop.

Donations are optional (yes i'm Captain Obvious here), Chad. I can run these servers just fine without any donations, but that's not to say that I wouldn't appreciate them. Smiley

I'm considering the XFX one. Has it already been registered with XFX?

I did not register but do not have any sales information on this card.

No worries. Sales information isn't important really. Smiley

Still after 95k BQC?

Yes, was hoping the BBC current value was a bit higher but I and holding these coins long, this is about $50 us equivalent cheaper than when listed. I think it is a great deal!

As for the price of BBQcoin is will rise again, it will just take time. All these new coins, many of which have nothing new to offer and some with massive premines, will soon die off and miner will get bored of them.

Then they turn back to the good old faithful BQC. We are here to stay and are stable.

Right now I am shocked at the difficulty of BBQcoin. Ok i agree that when you compare its per BQC price to most of the other Altcoins it is low but it is also one of the most profitable Altcoins to mine in comparison to mining Bitcoin straight up.

I have noticed that a lot of the new users are trying the mine "The next big thing" while forgetting the fact that right now at least, there is not a next best thing. That would mean a Crypto-coin that fundamentally changes the way we look at Crypto Currency and would be pretty much the permanent top thread in the Altcoin section and I don't see this yet.

When I do, I will mine it or maybe I won't be mining it  Wink and instead buying it.

If you want a good idea of how stable the price of BQC is right now, compare it to some other Altcoins out there over the course of last month and work out the percentage drops in price. BBQcoin has pretty much stayed the same, which is great for a currency as stability of worth is one of the most important aspects when examining a global currency, along with stability of the network.

The last one is the section of BBQcoin that needs the most work, the network needs more hashing power and nodes. I am pleased to see BQC supporters offering their servers to become reliable nodes and also not request payment but ask only for donations.

The reason that BQC is where it is today is simple. It is the support of the community keeping the name BBQcoin in the minds of others in the Crypto world, keeping this thread near the top of BTCTalk Altcoin section and adding informative information on the bbqcoin.org forum.

I consider most, if not all users, that support BQC to be some of the most intelligent men and women, as they see potential where others see something that will just fade away.

Well that happened once with the 51% attack but BBQcoin came back and I tell you now, the Crypto-Currency is stronger than ever. As each day passes, it will increase in strength and BBQcoin will one day be a name that everyone, even beyond the Crypto community will had heard of.

The future is upon us and it is BQC!

Hoping by the end of tomorrow I have about 1% of BQC!  Just waiting for my coinbase BTC purchase to go thru!   Can we drive the prices down a little in anticipation?  Cheesy

Oh I forgot, at the end of my speech I should have shouted " THIS IS BQC!!!" and then kicked a massive premine coin developer into a pit.

Not sure but we just got a massive influx of Network MH/s. jumped from 50 to 150MH/s in a matter of minutes. Hoping it's not someone trying to 51% or something cuz that would suck. Sad
