for now i'll choose Kingdom. one piece is great definitely a masterpiece but the pacing is very slow. every chapter feels like there is no progress at all especially the manga and there's  almost a break every 4 chapters in the manga. meaning more fillers in the anime for them not to catch up in the manga.

This anime is one of my favorites to watch , i love one piece specially the straw hats pirates , i always watch this anime every sunday which their episodes are updated every week. When i have a free time i watch their episodes at starts until the latest ,. I even read spoilers about what will happen in the future of one piece , will luffy and his crew , can defeat one of the four emperors , kaido the beast or not. The latest anime is where luffy waits for his chef crew , sanji the blackfoot to comeback for them. In that scene i almost cry , . i will say that one piece is sure one of the best anime i have ever watch.

Definitely wrong. Too many fillers. Shallow story, shallow premise. It's just another cookie cutter Anime that only exists to make money and nothing else.

it's debatable. In terms of story, it certainly feels like it has the most weight to it. Gold and Strong World were more akin to fun adventure stories, while this is almost a character study. Zephyr is given way more development in the movie than either Tesoro or Shiki were in their movies. Sure Tesoro was given a little depth, but not enough to make him truly complex. However, I feel like the fight between Luffy and Tesoro was more action-packed and exciting. Also felt his subordinates were kind of lacking in personality, other than being insanely loyal to Z and one of them having a slight quirk, there wasn't much to them. I guess it's really a matter of preference.

For me it is not "the best" but I must admit it is really good. I started watching just recently and I'm currently at episode 156. You know when they were in sky kingdom. My favorite character so far is roronoa zoro because he is  quite cool. The best anime in my opinion is fairytail, though that changes everytime. Its closest rival is akatsuki no yona.

One piece is one of the anime that i really love since i was little. First time i knew one piece i was 7 years old when the film is aired in television station every sunday. Because there are no internet like now (now we can watch, reading the comics via online), when i was little every sunday i always stay tuned in front of television to watch one piece. The story of one piece is so amazing, funny, challenging, and unpredictable that's why i love it the most. Besides watching it, i begun to collect all the one piece's comics that published. Until now, i am still a big fan of one piece. I never bored to watch or read the episode that i have already done.
In one piece i really like Usopp character who is never give up in his life and he is a funny person.

One piece has to be the only anime where I actually like ALL of the main characters. They are all so different and unique and yet I love them all. The fights are brilliant and it's the only anime which I can stand to watch in English subbed. There's nothing quite like it and it really touches your heart. Every character has been through so much and you're there through it all. Luffy is always so funny and he's not too strong like some of the other main characters in other animes. Its like one punch and the fight is over. But he does have his cool moments where he sweeps away his opponents from time to time. Even though the anime is long there isn't a single part of it in which I got bored watching it, like Bleach and the bounts. (you know what I'm talking about because most people stopped watching bleach at this point) If you haven't seen One Piece than please do your self a favor and start watching it. You will forever be in love with the Straw Hat Crew.

One piece has been going on for 15+ years gaining momentum as an adventure epic. Introduced to young, new generations while still catering to its old audience is key. Where do I start. I watch anime my whole life, a little bit of every type. In terms of what greatest really means I understand DBZ being over one piece, however, one piece is hands down the best anime I've seen. I looked around and one piece was heavily suggested to me. I didn't want to watch it because I didn't like it when it originally aired on toonami years ago. I decided to give it a shot from ep. 1... Many would not want to watch this anime just for the reason that the characters doesn't look quite nice compare to other animes, I would admit that I was one of them. However, I tried watching the first episode just to give it a try because there were some friends who bugged me to watch it, and I must say, I was hooked immediately! Storyline was by far, the greatest amongst all the anime I've watched... And then eventually, you'll also realize that the character design doesn't bother you anymore, in fact, you'll realized that there's a reason why the characters looked like that, and for me I thought, yeah! The character design suited their personality. Now I understand the creator why he designed the characters to look like that.

One Piece changed my life for the better. I have to deal with depression, migraines and gender dysphoria. One Piece made me forget all of that. It brought be an would of adventure, friendship and magic. I can't claim to have half of the problems of the characters in One Piece. They went through a series of heartache but they pulled through and that is what I love about them. This anime should be only behind dragon ball Z. Dragon Ball z is number because it changed the way anime should be and opened the doors to One Piece itself. One Piece on the other hand took over from Dragon Ball Z and removed all the negatives of DBZ. One Piece has captured my imagination completely. The way that the characters support and trust each other is inspiring. Also, the epic fights that go on are just to die for, not to mention the music with the episodes that just gets my heart pounding from all the excitement. Ever since I was little I have dreamed about different superpowers, but this just replaced my ideas with new ones. Thinking about different Devil Fruit powers and how they could be used just blew my mind. Then, one day, I decided to give it a chance, and it was one of the best decisions I have made in recent history. No anime or manga I have ever experienced had ever really captured and fully explored the adventure genre. Most anime have their plots focused on a short goal that doesn't require much of a journey, rather than having an adventure centered plot. One Piece truly pulls this off, with one of the greatest anime of all time. The only flaws present are slow pacing, filler, and a bit of plot armor, far fewer than many other series that I have seen.

As far back I can remember One Piece has been the bane of my sanity. It has corrupted many a youngin to dream big and stretch their arms to places they clearly could never reach and to this day I cannot think of an anime nearly as obnoxious nor as memorable and loveable as This series. I've watched many popular animes through out my child hood life, most notably Dragon Ball Z, which will stay forever number 1 in my heart. But a couple of months ago, I discovered One Piece. Being in my early 20s, this show did not disappoint one bit. I've been hooked since discovering the show and it's pretty surprising how much I've grown on the characters and the connection I have formed with them. There's been a couple of moments where tears have fallen when I watched the different character introductions and to be honest, I don't cry. One Piece is simply amazing, astounding, a must see anime.

I used to like Naruto so much that when I caught up with all episodes of Naruto and Shippuden (ongoing) I got depressed because there's nothing for me to watch, I just have to wait for the episodes. But I think to myself "should I watch one piece? " So after that I was like, "no it's too boring, and the animation is garbage." But after I watched some scenes of one piece from YouTube, I got a bit interested. Then weeks later I was like "screw it I'm a watching one piece" and at the first episode the first scene of the story of gold roger being executed and he said go find "one piece" and it encouraged peolpe to be pirates and one of them was luffy. I've seen a lot of great animes with great stories and plots but, personally, One Piece is on my top list, by far. I know it has a lot of episodes and that's mainly the reason why people don't want to watch it but, don't let the it's length stop you from watching it.
