You have to understand, that by increasing the number of coins, the value will go back to 1 satoshi. Decreasing the number of coins may even raise the value.
I recommend again burning the remaining coins and thus attracting new investors. And update the circulation of currencies in the coinmarketcap.
If you make the swap for asafe3 then the currency will die for good.

I don't understand why you want to pay him for a coin that has been this bad of a disaster? Can't you use a platform like Waves or Bitshares to create a currency? Why pay a lier and cheat for a dime a dozen crap currency?

I think its a good thing that Novaexchange is closing. It forces everyone to trade ASAFE2 on Livecoin only. But, it also seems that anyone holding ASAFE coins that didnt swap them for ASAFE2 will loose all their ASAFE on Nova since asafe doesnt have a working wallet to move the coins. Forces trading of asafe2 only and the asafe on Yobit will be the only asafe in existence.

Asafe1 has nothing to do with ASAFE2 aside from the initial coin swap. The wallet for ASAFE1 was corrupted which is why there were more coins than there were supposed to be. ASAFE2 can only survive once ASAFE1 dies.
The ASAFE2 wallet works fine, stakes as it should, and with only 8.4 million coins so far we should see the price rise once initial holders looking to sell, get done dumping. Listent has definitely been working hard to dump what he premined, and I doubt he is done.
