I think i got scammed by "shapeshift.io" and bestchange can't be trusted !

Hello everybody
in the past days i was short in cash for eid (eid is like muslim christmas)
so i decided to exchange some of my holds in litecoin to bitcoin and trade it with some local exchangers
so i checked bestchanger.com (i usually check it ) to get one good exchanger from litecoin to bitcoin and i got website called shapeshift
so before 3 days from now  i made an exchange in shapeshift.io of (44) Litecoin to Bitcoin and it did not complete it !!
they just give me a fake txid (i haven no idea what is going on)
some information :

and i didn't receive anything on my address and they give me fake id

i had tried to contact them from 3 days and noting !! the litecoin price changed so hard and i don't care i just need the exchangeto be complete at any value or refund me!
or at least reply to me (ANYTHING!)
many tickets not even a simple reply !

now the surprise in bestchange.com !!!

they marked shapeshift.io as unavailable -AFTER GOD KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE LOST THEIR MONEY

Bestexchange has nothing to do as it acts just like a directory. I have checked the transaction id they sent, it really does not exist. Would suggest to open a scam accusation thread and inform shapeshift, hopefully they will not like the idea of being exposed publicly and resolve the issue.

bestchange is a good website and they marked the website as not available  (this is good) but the idea that it can not be trusted !
like we talk about money here , they can't just add any website that apply with good affiliate system (internet can not be trusted at all and some people will take advantage )
they have to respect their fans

Never heard about bestchanger and shapeshift.io and i think you scam your transaction id is not not recognize in blockchain.
Not good idea if you are just searching in google if you want to exchange your altcoin to bitcoin always go here in forum to ask to give you a good path if you want to exchange safe.. or much better to use a well known trading site like poloniex..
Or you can try the changer.com i use their service for perfect money to bitcoin and i think LTC to BTC can be also available they have many option to choose and they are giving small rate..

Bestchange.com does not provide any service for exchanging, It is just a website that provides users with a huge list of exchanges for getting the best conversion rates. This helps the users to save a lot of time without the need for the users to compare rates on each site manually.

There should be an option for you to input your Litecoin refund address when you are using shapeshift for the exchange service, if you did remember to input the refund address, shapeshift would refund your Litecoin back to that address you provided should the system fail to do the exchange. And you should contact shapeshift instead of bestchange as your Litecoin is probably with shapeshift now.

I checked the id that you gave and they really gave you a fake id. They did not reply to your messages at all?

I think this may be a possible scam, anyone else encounter this issue? If this is serious you can open up a scam accusation thread against shapeshift. For now stay away from that and use more trusted sites like Poloniex or Bittrex for trading.

The bitcoin address where they have claimed they have sent your bitcoins is empty and tx id also can't be found on blockchain. This looks quite serious issue and the proofs you have above could be enough to open scam accusation against them. I am quite sure, they will refund you your litecoins or bitcoins but you should also ask for some compensation for all possible losses you have due to delay in this exchange.

This is weird. If they did not return your funds to the return address, then that is not acceptable.

I would recommend to not use their service until this is resolved; maybe they are having issues?
