Did you hit block 278 or 279? You didn't fork as it's part of the node.

both, that there's blocks 278 & 279 12 hours apart!

Yes, it might have something to do with the server. We're planning to create another node to speed things up.

Sorry for my ignorance but what do nodes do? And how do you create more?

Nothing wrong with asking questions Smiley It's like a public server wallet, that everyone connects to. Right now there's only one, and everyone is trying to sync and mine from that one node. It can be created by making your synced wallet a public server so that others can sync and mine from it as well.

Any news devs?

We're talking to someone for block explorer hosting. If all goes well, we should have it up before the end of the week.

I guess the coins still stuck... as it stands broken coin

linux version crashes after a while, attempting to restart wallet fails due to wallet being open yet wallet process has been terminated.

still no github or source link so can't compile my own or check source

We're having troubles with github- can't figure out the interface. Here's the source code from another source, however- http://www.mediafire.com/file/gf6bmpshpq3c9dt/dorfcoin-source.tar.gz

We'll look into that right now.

Block 287 is stuck for 6 days now, I can't mine with gpu through qt wallet because it's not synced. Mining with cpu at 4.7 diff is crazy, we need pool or something like that.

I've been having issues with the wallet myself. There might be a bug with the blockchain- we'll have a look.

I've talked to my partner and it seems the difficulty is due to a few miners with powerful GPUs suddenly stopped mining, so their difficultly has remained high. The options are to either mine with a weaker GPU so the difficultly can come back down, or start a mining pool. We're looking into the second option now.

Well, we cannot mine with gpu when wallet is out of sync, it's possible to build solo pool, but I'm too stupid for that. Second option should be best.

Time for a pool- Dorfcoin has gotten a bit difficult to mine, so we need a pool going. Anyone interested in setting one up? We will reimburse you $10 USD monthly via paypal for your services! Keep in mind it must stay up nearly 24/7 with minimal downage time.

This pool is good because you get payout every 3rd block for unify coin. I'm using it rightnow and it's great. Good luck!
