Yeah, that can be true, but also consider that volume is low and profits have a limit. Trading with pocket money is not something interesting to me.

This worked because only a few people are doing this. If a lot of newbie follow this advice, the volume and the sell wall will increase so it will be harder to double your profits. You need to be the first to buy.

And this is gambling, if nobody buy the coin after you, it won't work : worst, someone can dump the price before you'll be able to sell.

Never had any problems withdrawing coins from yobit or cryptopia.
Nevertheless it works :-) There's always enough volume to fill the placed sell orders.

Cryptopia is not a shady exchange, it is for me very respectable. And while YoBit is not the best one, this is not as awful as your are saying.

here are the things wrong with your logic, and the reason why i say it does not work:
1. you say low volume coins:
these coins have a couple of attributes: a) low volume means nobody trades them. your orders will never be filled whether you place a buy or sell order. and also low volume means you can only place small orders not a big one like 0.25BTC that you said you invested. b) these coins have a big spread. this means there is a huge room between last buy and last sell order and when you place an order on top a bot will simply put another on on top of you to no end. and the spread helps it do that.

2. you mentioned Yobit:
this site is the biggest scam that ever existed. they pump these coins you mentioned themselves. and you can never join in. the buys and sells are all fake. the coins are dead until they pump them. even if you place an order they will ignore it and execute their fake buy and sells under your order price.

3. which coin out of 10000 coins are you going to choose!
there are lots of these dead coins! all of them look the same. low volume, no activity and out of nowhere: BAM! pumped.
how are you going to choose one? there is no logic for any of the to go up. investing in any means either losing a huge amount of money or becoming a bag holder for months or forever.

Thanks your share, but for Coins of low value often go up and down erratically, can be lost, investment is always accompanied by risk, including BTC, so learn and invest in their capacity is good direction.

Hm I have read different stories:
Cryptopia has listed coins which are dead, and if you by accident buy those coins you can't move them anymore.

i am relative new in crypto. So i wasn´t aware of the warnings regarding yobit exchange.
There are dozens of active coins in "maintenance mode", which means ppl are not able to withdrawal.
Support tickets weren´t answered and there is totally silent from their side.

Stay away from the Yobit exchange!!!

If you have a huge money to trade and you have anough knowledge in trading, I think trading shitcoins would be profitable for you yet the risk is extreme since most of shitcoins are manipulated by dev. thus you can't say when will it volatile. For this reason, it's better to trade legit altcoins which has a great support so the risk is less.

If your doing this for fun, with me that would be .3 btc or less spread around a few coins more power to you. However, these are the penny stocks of the penny stocks (crypto with a few exceptions) so be vary wary and take your profit and run.

The method could work though you're right -it would be pretty tough to make money with this because something could go wrong with the coin that will cause the price of the the coin to go lower.

Purchasing those types of coins would require patience like no other. Seems doable.

I usually trade with XRP, LTC, ETC and few other top cryptocurrencys. Buying and selling the swings and make ~5% profit per day but also make easily at least 10% loss if the market goes crazy like during the last 5 days.

So i decided to switch my money to yobit and cryptopia to play the pump and dump game and it works very well. I started with 0.25 BTC and made 1.15 BTC profit within the last week.

The order books of a low volume coin are mostly thin. Which means, a small buy order (0.1 BTC) for example, doubles or triples the value of the coin.
Take a look at FOOT or BXT f.e. - from 6000sats to 53000sats in less than 6 hours. 9x profit on this one.

I think this method is great for beginners to start off. Buy a cheap coin and place a sell order with doubled value to make 2x profit.

The following coins look promising at the moment. I'll update this thread at least once a day with coins with the above mentioned indicators.

yeah but you might lose a chance to buy cheap and good profit can coem from that if you don't have the btc ready on the exchange, i always leave something in every exchange, to have the possibility to buy without being late to the party
