That is like what happens in my country today, "Not Yet Legal But Not Banned". On the one hand, bitcoin is considered not a valid currency, on the other hand there is also room that the use of Bitcoin or other digital currency is the responsibility of each, respectively.
Sometimes there are concerns in my head, but I try to enjoy everything now. I try to enjoy the legality of bitcoin that is still unclear here.

Same thought as here also in my country not legal in my government but not banned besides they recognized bitcoin as a part of currency here that may pay bills as a real currency. Meanwhile, they also warn us to avoid being a scam on those scammers who wanted bitcoin.
In that case, we much enjoy here using bitcoin without any laws to follow.

Yes, it seems that soon we will remember with nostalgia the time when we exchanged crypto currency at exchanges and other exchangers without providing our identification data and did not pay any tax due to the absence of such mandatory requirements in the country. Yes this is true, in my country our government had not yet given a second look on Bitcoin.  They knew it exists but they just ignore it.  It is not  yet legal but they did not banned it.  We cannot guess what the future of Bitcoin will be but with this past changing technology eventually the government will notice the usefulness and the large income  they can generate from the the user of Bitcoin.  They will find a way to legallize and taxed it or they will ban it.

For now, let us just enjoy the "not yet legal but not banned" status which can anyway fine with me so I can still avoid paying taxes.  

I have the same problem with you where the country still considers illegal bitcoin but bitcoin usage is free. I don't know exactly what the government thinks of bitcoin, but i predict the possibility of one of them (government) also using bitcoin, only i have no real proof for that.
The reason i have these predictions is because,
1. Every day bitcoin transaction process in my country (especially my region) exceeds 20x transactions every day, it is also only done by me and my colleagues.
2. There is one area that uses bitcoin as a means of payment in everyday life such as hotels, malls, tourist attractions, etc.

Maybe it's all not enough to legalize bitcoin.

For me though, whether my government will going to make cryptocurrency legal or not, I will really not care because bitcoin is a revolutionary invention with regards to finances.

Yes, it is possible at the end of the day we people should convert our cryptocurrency to fiat currency only so the government can easily trace out the transaction and they can collect taxes from the people who are trading the cryptocurrency same as with forex and share market etc.

Every country and different government agencies differs on how they approach bitcoin and altcoins in their respective country others says that this cryptocurrency thing can devastate their economy and doesnt really know what possibility cryptocurrency can do in their respective country.

Yes, that is Bitcoin. Not legal yet not banned. This is the same as my country does. In my country Bitcoin is not yet legalized but to use Bitcoin as an investment asset is still allowed. It's just banned as a means of the transaction directly. But it does not matter, the important thing I am still allowed to have Bitcoin.

Just recently that I heard about bitcoin from my friend. The first thing or question that comes in my mind is if it's legal or not. So I did a research about it and found out that it is already accepted here in our country not yet legalize but it's not also banned. That's one of the reason why I'm here in this forum to grab this opportunity for investment like what other people did.

people in here are not interested in digital currencies. They do not even know whether or not they exist. That is why I am relieved because bitcoin is still unknown by many people.

I think it has pass the banking law in order to withdraw money from the bank...then it is legal.  However, the government can make regulations or laws in order to ban the bitcoin system.
