We don't really know as we still don't have a device that can travel through time or display what the future looks like. But with the current state and technology we have, I would say that if there is still human civlization then they might have very advance technology and inventions we can't even think of.

To tell the truth, population is a big concern. I have seen estimates, which predict a population of close to 15 billion by 2100 (and almost half of that in the African continent). But the big question is whether we have enough space for all these people. Even in my country, the per capita availability of farmland has decreased to historical lows. Water is in short supply and the pollution levels are increasing.

Nope... the world is not going to end anytime soon. But if the pollution levels increase any further, then the planet may become uninhabitable for the human beings. But then, the technology is advancing at a good pace. Who knows? In future the scientists may invent some method, through which the industrial pollution and global warming can be eliminated.
