This topic could use some moderation, remove all of the deliberate off-topic taunting and spamming by Come-from-Beyond, who's just trying to clutter the topic. His usual 'funny' childlike behaviour, have a look at Byteball's topic for example, where he's doing the same thing. This is the level of professionalism people (i.e. investors, customers) can expect from IOTA officials. Great, the CEO is an asshole, one of the main devs acts like a clown.

You'll be upset to know that noone really cares. Only results matter to them. So far only those who sold cheap were complaining.

Noone cares? Go back to the first few pages and see people care that IOTA didn't even bother to reply to (apart from threats). You *act* as if noone cares, that's quite different.
By the way, Google Search cares, and I'm not that easily upset.

Noone cares about Google Search. The people who are waiting for their iotas should just wait, they'll get them in due time after passing KYC procedure.

Sure.
Btw I myself am not saying IOTA is technically a scam.

We'll have to see about that. And the position could be taken that IOTA is 'scamming' people that want to remain anonymous, with these sudden KYC measures. But I admit that I don't know what the original investing rules said about this. Personally I try not to invest in asshole companies, however profitable they may be. It's morals and common decency, you know.

In the meantime I found this in possible relation to KYC, https://nxtforum.org/news-and-announcements/%28ann%29-jinn/msg156081/#msg156081

Instead we'll ask everyone who holds Jinn tokens to give us their contact information (we'll need this in preparation for the legal transfer of profit-shares in the near future anyway) where we'll answer more intricate questions, without opening ourselves up for scruitiny from every angle imaginable in public.

Quoting only the things you feel are easy to respond to, is the way of the coward. But it's a good trick, you are very comfortable with it, it shows throughout this thread.

I'm coding while replying so I quote only short text while even not reading the rest.

Which then totally disqualifies you in the discussion, "not even reading the rest". You shouldn't even bother responding then. But I now understand you take people in a discussion as seriously as IOTA takes its investors seriously by not even responding to emails. Thanks for clearing that up. More non-professionalism from IOTA people.

For other people in this thread, this is a quite an interesting read (skip most of the rants and hyperboles by DecentralizeEconomics, but read the posts by TPTB_need_war): Jinn/IOTA - What is really going on?

This is what trolls get in return, this is how the world works.

No, that's how you decide you act. You've managed to make me lose any respect I still had for you. It seems you are the actual troll in this thread.

It's pretty common knowledge that I like trolling trolls. So you gave no useful info.

A poor playground excuse for your behaviour, just calling the other guy a troll.
You're like Trump, anything you don't like, just call it 'fake news'. Very childish. And only dumb people fall for it.
Go and code. It's probably the only thing you're good at.

Just imagine, if the time Come-from-Beyond and iotatoken spent on writing their troll posts here, was actually spent on answering the many emails from people that needed support from IOTA... the whole problem would have been solved already.

I suppose lawyers gotta eat too though.

I'm afraid Trump doesn't care about your opinion about him. Because he is a president and you are just a random dude posting on a random forum...

Go code. You're no good at anything else.

Well no, let me correct myself. Just like CEO David you're very good at damaging the reputation of IOTA, which smells more and more like a fraudulent scam with every post any of you two make.

KYC and then what ? naked pic ? suck dick ?   Angry

I'm not anonymous and I'm not happy with Jean Luc posting on 9th while he should have done at earliest on 12th at decent time, if he wanted to. I can not understand that at all. But your personal affairs are not my business, and my business is already harmed a lot by the lack of equal treatment that I'm victim of due to your inaccurate instructions given.

So NOW it is time to stop playing games and RESPECT your part of the contact.

KYC is not part of the deal, when someone change a deal, we all know what it means.

1. Damage occurs NOW, so Cfb arguments are not strong enough to justify a change of deal.

2. Protection of anonymity is a human right, only absolute force majeur might justify me to go against such conviction, this is clearly not. I believe more than one will think the same.

Enforced KYC will then be perceived by me and by others as unjustified, opportunistic use of force, other than for some personal satisfaction, to violate respectable convictions and increase damage made to participant(s) whose treatment had already failed to be treated fairly.

So is it still an option ?

If Yes, I advise you take advise.

This thread gave me AIDS. @Come-from-Beyond you act like a child, are you not leading a project worth 100's of millions of $?  You should consider acting like it if you want to be taken seriously.

See, simply by declaring anyone a troll, it's easy to evade any tough questions and critical comments.
Come-from-Beyond is the same as Donald Trump calling CNN 'fake news', exactly the same childish behaviour. Remember: power corrupts.

There was a case of trollism cured by me upthread. I provided an undisputable proof by posting two contradicting posts of the same person. Do you have a proof of the opposite? Or you are just trolling?  Wink

Go code. As we've established, you've shown no proficiency at anything else.
Or go answer some of those support emails you'll find on the first pages of this thread. Or maybe go find yourself a better lawyer just in case.

I'm coding while replying to you, it's easy because only spinal cord is involved.
