I am looking for a copy of the TOS.pdf and Risk.pdf files used during IOTA's Bitcointalks.org crowd sale in 2016. The files were originally linked to IP addresses (http://188.138.57.93/tos.pdf  and http://188.138.57.93/risk.pdf) and those links are no longer available.

If you have the files please email them to iotaclaims@gmail.com.

Thanks

Fellow IOTA early believers/investors/adopters Huh

Did anyone has any new info...too quiet

No new info yet, some people sent several addresses, some people sent addresses by mistake, some people decided to use another format for the letter. All this doesn't help to solve the issue very fast.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

Anyone able to clarify all the various manual claims going on and what the autotool is intended to help with?

Let's give these claims some names

"Claims A" - Upto ~August 2016?
Presale (before a wallet existed).   I believe there were two rounds of presale ICOs but wasn't involved in this so not sure if this is indeed the case.

"Claims B" - July 2017
A wallet existed (V1+) , clients had funds in the wallet but balances vanished at some point due to technology being changed for some reason.   An auto reclaim process existed briefly but was removed in ~v2.2
Those who missed the autoreclaim tool had until July 2017 to email David to get their money back... most are still waiting but CfB is kindly offering to expedite this now since David has been too busy.

"Claims C" - ~September 2017
Latest wallet 2.5.4, some peoples funds apparently missing?

So to clarify, is the new 'soon to be released' autoclaiming tool only to help "Claims C" or will it help anyone in A or B as well?

I've understood that autocaliming tool will help also with "Claims B"...

ok cfb, what about processing those one that did it properly. Please kindly confirm if the foundation now has the unclaimed iota in their possession - so no need for future snapshot before it can be processed?

Alright guys, time to close the issue with the pending manual claims. To make sure everything is correct, let's do some extra checks during the preparation phase:

Send your NEW address generated with the NEWEST wallet software to come-from-beyond@mail.ru from THAT VERY EMAIL ADDRESS you used to claim the iotas. Only 90 chars of the address, nothing else, not even "Hi". Use the following subject for the letter:
Code:
MANUAL-CLAIM

PS: If someone doesn't do that because they haven't seen this post then nothing bad should happen but that may delay the completion of the claim process.
Done !

Guys I also started to shift from being very convinced to getting really doubtful about this whole IOTA project.

Also I still heard about the rumors that the dev's are holding a lot of coins and prepare for a nice pump&dump scheme eventually - this is no FUD but a real concern.

I have a new approach (the German way) and would like to hear your opinion: Fortunately I am from Berlin myself and I would like to convince myself (and you guys) of who IOTA really is at the moment and therefore would like to visit them equipped with my GoPro and get at least a real insight into the current company.

Is this just a handful of guys sitting there with their Macbook Pro's or what do you expect to see?

Please can anybody provide me with their official company address in Berlin so that I could come by for a visit (since I am customer/investor) and I would also like to share some pictures of that encounter with the community.

Is the community (not the Sockpuppets) interested in this exploration project?

Cheers,

A true German

Be my guest!  Cool

But I just realized that this Berlin based IOTA company does not even state a corporate address on their fancy website.

So once again, where are they located? I also invite all my fellow Germans (who are invested in IOTA) in this forum to join me for visiting the company that we invested in and I am sure as investors we will be welcome with open arms by Dom&David.

My input below:
A) Wrong thread
B) I have an AAPL share, I'm sure Tim Cook will serve me champagne in Cupertino
C) Sell now

Those in the list #2 should watch for the news about Iota Recovery Tool in the wallet. It's expected to be released this month.

Those in the list #1 should add me on Skype. My ID is
Code:
come-from-beyond
. Upon adding my contact send your email and your new IOTA address which was sent from that very email.

PS: I hope you won't waste my time by adding me on Skype while not being in the list #1...

PPS: Make sure you add the correct Skype contact, don't reveal the seed without making sure it's really me.

I don't see myself in either of those lists Undecided

*edit* Ok so I see now that I probably shouldn't see myself in those lists. What about my particular situation cfb?
