I think it is supposed to come within a few days of the IRI release and the IRI just released today.

If one can not confer upon another a right which he does not himself first possess, by what means does the state derive the right to engage in behaviors from which the public is prohibited?

Are our manual claims included in the snapshot ? Or will those claims be processed after the snapshot ?

Well wallet v2.5.6 has been released, not sure if there was a new snapshot released too?

Either way my balance is still 0 and heard no official updates around this topic.

Anyone heard why they couldn't reissue the funds yet?

Apparently there was a message on slack from Dominik regarding reclaims!
"We will be providing an update on the reclaims issue ASAP - now that the network is in a more healthy state, we should be able to send back the reclaims as soon as our verification tools are completed".

Sounds positive however anyone have any idea what these new 'verification tools' are?  Is this to verify old seed->new seed or identify verification or something else entirely?  Are any other delays anticipated after these tools are ready?

If you sent your old seed to David before the July deadline you should be 100% fine Cas, I would DM CfB on Slack or here if I were you.

There are people claiming that they have received theirs. The devs are claiming that they are sending out. Activity on the tangle seems to confirm this. They are saying they expect to be done with everyone's claim within a couple of weeks.
