no but I am in list 1.
Yes it would be useful to know if other people in list 2 are in the same situation as you...
Have you tried to ask questions at https://forum.helloiota.com/1242/Reclaim-Status ?

Did anyone in list 1 (ICO participant ) get anything at all?

I'm still waiting to hear David excuse this time for not processing my claim. The previous claim, he said he needed KYC which he didn't inform anyone during the claiming period. Now we have done the KYC and he still refused to send the IOTA.

He keeps sending iota to people with small claims but refuses to process people with the big claim.

What's the name of the IOTA company in Norway?

David has informed me that a major reason for the delay particularly related to MsCollec who sent David several different "new receive addresses", latest 12 hours ago. David will send to the one provided during KYC.

For me it is hard to believe that David will take care of that problem. Waiting more than 1 year now and nothing happened, except doing KYC. I would prefer that you @Come-from-Beyond take care of the List1 Claimers.

What was the reason to send it then?

This is what I sent him after talking to you on slack and I cc your email too. David NEVER replied to any emails but he has time to reply to what he claimed as FUD on cointelegraph. I just want to get this over with and move on.

Why so many addresses? I had to download a new wallet for the claim tools.

Hello,
I'm yet to receive my iota, I was notified by CFb that there's some miscommunication regarding my address.

The address that I used in the KYC session with Sergey is the valid address and this is where the coins should be sent to.

Do you have a link what caused this in the first place, did they have to roll back ?

I'm trying to reach David for the last 6 months to get my iota, but most of this delay is due to MsCollec? Smiley

No, there was no rollback.  There are 3 issues going on.  Firstly the ICO where people bought in with bitcoin but never received their IOTA as promised.  Secondly peoples wallets were reset due to addresses algorithm changed.  Thirdly a bug meant the foundation saw it sensible to take all unprotected funds to protect them from thieves and reissue the funds themselves later.

List 1 seems like little to no progress is being made.

List 2 seems only really small amounts have been returned so far.  They started with the sensible approach of returning the smaller amounts first but seems to have stopped last week and most still haven't received their funds (including myself) even though we have been told it would be completed before this.  People understand delays but the lack of communication is disappointing and silence could easily be misinterpreted.

List 3 seems like people have been regaining access but not really been following the latest issues.

Because IOTA have control over the system with their training wheels co-ordinator they can pretty much do what ever they want with anyone's balances/erase them/etc..  We are at their mercy as to if they will return our funds.

Technically, the iota project is impressive. However, it seems that communication (especially in period of crisis management) is not the strong point of the iota team. I hope to be wrong but this may cast a shadow on the future of this project. I am old and have seen many software projects failing because of communication problem.
