I just talked to johndom on discord and he is telling me that it's in lawyer hands :
"Reclaims
Also an update on the Reclaims: We're currently spending time with our legal experts to come up with a full strategy on giving back the reclaims with a properly approved KYC process. We'll be providing updates on this soon."
-Navin (January 19th)

https://forum.helloiota.com/1242/Reclaim-Status

(I thought this topic did not concerned ICO buyers, but apparently I was wrong)

cfb does this have anything to do with our claims? Are we now somehow both waiting on both David, and lawyers?

AFAIK your case will be finished within next 2 days, the reclaims will take more time, so you are waiting only for David.

I don't think this applies to ICO buyers.
This thread (bitcointalk) was created initially for ICO contributors (LIST 1) after several failed attempts to recover the IOTA from David for past 2-3 years.

Don't forget his arbitrary deadline in July

Don't forget his statement after going on exchanges to focus on manual claims (I think that was even before going on exchanges )

Don't forget that he doesn't care if some of his stupid first day supporters are being treated like shit

But in the end :

Don't forget that we have to understand he is very busy

In post 113 of this thread, CFB wrote that we will get our iotas "in due time after passing KYC procedure". It does not seem to be the case however.

Strange, David explicitly stated that he would process the claims in 2 days.

Did/Can you ask David why he did not process the claims?

CfB, any chance you could ping David to ask if he could reply here please?  Would put a lot of minds at rest...  The lack of any response to us list 1 and 2 early backers of the IOTA project would be very much appreciated.

If he can't reply, please share this info with us too.

List 2 backers can reclaim their iotas right now via Reclaim tool in the wallet.

CfB, I've done the reclaim again (5th attempt) now with wallet 2.5.7.  There were no error messages but the balance is still '0'

Has anyone on List2 actually got their money back yet?  I've only heard of a few people getting a bit of the money back, not met anyone who has had all their funds restored and I think many people are in the same boat as I am that currently all my funds have been taken and not returned.

Any help much appreciated.

Search for Iota here

I don't know if this is a office adress or just a postbox
