I just sent David another email. It's been 11 months since I first started attempting to reclaim my IOTA.

They have private talks they do not share with us, so we must have some too. It may help us to better understand what/why they do not tell us, obtain better treatment or end up fighting for our rights, if we have to.

k_day and superresistant, are you guys still without your iota? Are you List 1? I am List 1 and also still without receipt of my iota.

I am list 1. with 0 IOTA. David processed everyone from list 1 who said they would donate a % of their IOTA to the foundation. Those who did not offer were ignored and are still being ignored. I originally declined because I find it wholly inappropriate to solicit donations as part of the same process of giving people their money back, especially since it had already been 9 months of waiting. As it turns out I was correct - he only processed those who paid. One guy told him to F-off about the donation. Can you take a guess as to whether or not his reclaim was processed? It was not. The donations feel like a shakedown.

He ignored me after saying I'd like to consider the donation separately from this process, so I attempted to pay the bribe and offered up 5% of my stake. So far that hasn't had an effect.

According to David, I should quite whining, and this is all my fault. How long is an acceptable amount of time for me to sit here and shut up before complaining? It has been 11 months.

Because :
1) Ryver suddenly limits it's free version to 6 members max. I found it locked to read-only if more than 6 members unless membership of 99$/month set up.
2) If I'm not wrong, you reported receiving Iota (same as me)
3) There are 4 people (KYC list 1) on my Ryver that did not receive Iota yet
4) I disabled all members (thus including you) to let these 4 people a way to communicate.

I'd suggest those still waiting to follow Phoisen invite above with whatsapp.

Not sure but if I were you I'd reach out to Ralf at the IOTA Foundation. He seems to be the one pushing things along. He also told me all list 1 reclaims would be done by the end of the month.
