we have a different meaning of ICO and I think we have our own word to describe what is ICO. but the official meaning of ICO is Initial Coin Offering that you can search more in many websites. I think you need to know about the projects and not about the ICO itself, the most important is to know the details of the projects so you can decide to join or not.
