It was because the new rule are all Jr members cannot join airdrop after 25 Aug.

2-36 hours. It's manually processed. No other way to get around it for cheaters, etc.

you require more then 30 posts to get  jr. member level. you get 14 activity in 14 days, there is no limit to post each day, but you got only 14 activity points after 14 days. you will achieve your  jr. member level in minimum 3rd cycle of 14 days.

Probably a combination of things. Its a snowball effect, really. People who were banned, are looking to dump and distance themselves from it. Those with weak hands, and aren't really into the whole community, or see the long term upside to the coin then panic and dump.
