When this coin hit exchange, miners will dump their coins and price would go down. On the other hand
it should be listed on some leading exchange for more users to see and buy this coin, that
will push price up.
Its better to wait couple of weeks at least 10 airdrops and then list it on exchange. But its up to dev-s what will they do.

I will hold whatever i get from airdrop and wont sell it in near future. I believe in this coin and all other should believe too.

2 things.  Exchange is good, but it is very early for this coin.  if people sell their coins - they should be banned from airdrops, i think?  And second thing:  Wolf0. ?  wtf lol, sounds familiar to a very well known forum member...

People can only sell 10% of the coins recieved in airdrops. If they sell more then they get ousted. No more airdrops for them. Ever. Personally i am rather curious to see what will happen once an exchance is announced.

Me too but the coin seems to have a a serious development. Besides, everyone got free coins! We should just hold and see were it take us.

Yes, I believe Telegram channel would be a very good idea for the DeepOnion tribe, good app, runs well on android, and is it my impression or on Telegram there are on average less phishing messages than on Slack?
At least there we would have to read less messages that people are posting here just to get the airdop

Not exactly sure why the miners would dump their coins right after launch on the exchange.
Some would probably, but then others would be buy them. Being registered on a major exchange is always good publicity and sign of presence in the cryptoworld. But doing it too soon is not necessarily a good thing!

Let us be patient and support the devs in this awesome project!

No, this coin is being mined by ASICs already. Processors do not have a chance, GPUs barely have a chance.

Totally agree with you, with the recent alphabay news, the dark web marketplaces are going down one by one.
Also the SEC is taking a deep interest to start regulating ICOs.

However, a project like DeepOnion focusing on our privacy is greatly appreciated!

No, this coin is being mined by ASICs already. Processors do not have a chance, GPUs barely have a chance.

Is that a verified fact? When you say that CPUs don't have a chance, that means you won't get any coins or only that it will be slow as fuck?
Kind of new in the mining domain also, and would go with CPU to start with.

Why? Everybody can buy, till the 80k Onions are fully sold.
You can make some restrictions, say only people who accepted for the airdrop can buy, max 1000 Onions per user.

This is not bad idea, but honestly, I don't believe that paying fee for exchange is a way to go for DeepOnion.

I'm sure they can arrange with some reputable exchange to list DeepOnion without paying or users voting. However, that issue if they will list it since most of the coins are still with devs is still questionable.

I agree, there's no reason to pay for Cryptopia.  There will be other exchanges that want to be the first to list onion as it drives traffic to their exchange.  With the amount of interest that Onion has gathered in a short period of time, it's only a matter of time before an exchange like bittrex picks it up.

Is deeponion looking to be a competitor to XMR? How is it differentiating itself besides the TOR feature?  The TOR feature prevents NODES from seeing your IP correct? Is this something that an XMR node can currently see when you make a transaction?
