40 weeks its almost 1 year. i hope i'll can partitate in all of this airdrops in future.
interesting what will be after 1year with DeepOnion.
And the good news is: if you are able to qualify all of the 40 weeks, you will become some kind of "SUPER Onion". Read all about it in the OP. I will try and make it all 40 rounds, not sure it that will be even possible. It requires 400 posts minimum, 10 per week and no week to be missed! But the battle is on! Challenge taken!  What is a SUPER ONION? Do you know if the deep onion wallet already make use of the onion network in any way? |

How is deep onions anonymity compared to coin mixing, SNARKS, and cryptonote? And by constantly running this tor node wallet are we drawing unwanted attention from the authorities or bad actors?

Well but a coin running through TOR is definitely worse than a coin like ZCASH in terms of anonymity.
These are two completely different things. I don't think you understand what TOR and Zcash mean. TOR is a network level security, it hides your IP address, so people can not locate you while you have your wallet client connected to the network. Your transactions can still be traced on the blockchain with your wallet addresses. Zcash hides the trace on the blockchain. Your coins on the wallet can be generated from completely unknown addresses so no one can link them to your wallet address. But the connection to the network is not protected, your peers will see your IP address. DeepOnion is planning something called DeepSend which is to hide the traces of the transaction in the blockchain, it is some sort of mixing service with the wallet I guess which will further enhance the security of DeepOnion. It is well covered here. Our technological advancement by anonymity at network level is one side, our main difference will be our ONION holder community developed around the planned Vote central. |

If so, it's very sad no, it means you can still join the airdrop at any time in the 40 weeks that it runs. but not if you became a member of bitcointalk after the 12th of july. this is to stop multi account people conning the system and getting much more coins than the ones who follow the rules |

My weight in the wallet has been freezing at the "4" since around twelve hours ago. It's uncommon in my experience of the wallet. But the network weight looks normal, keeping change as ever. Anybody has fixed the similar issue? Thanks.

even if it goes on an exchange now,with the 10% only rule there won't be much depth. and it might prove too tempting for some to dump if the price is good. a small exchange fairly soon with be ok i think. i won't be selling any though

It will be nice to see the "real" value of onion, but I don´t think it´s something that should have priority. Devs better invest their time in optimizing everything with the community. There won´t be too much volume anyway because of the 10% rule. |

yup mine too stuck at 4 , I closed and reopen wallet , and it's shown as 5 lol , I don't understand how its work |
