I just exported my private key for my deeponion wallet address. I have not made any backup of the wallet.dat file.
Am i ok with only the private key?

Thank you to you Dev and to guys who helped me with my out of sync problem. I finally have a Wallet which works ! I am so happy, your forum and the community helped me a lot. You have really nice tuto  Thank you to everyone and let's go to the moon with DeepOnion ! |

Yes your private key allow you to access your wallet from anywhere, it will basically state your last know balance and rebuild your new wallet.dat. You can use both methods in recovering your wallet. |

Is there any specatulive price. what you think what will be the price when onion hit the exchange? I think is too early but just to hear diferent thouts.

Of course You private key will be ok all the time for you to control your Onion assets. Just remind you that you need protect your private key. I think the best way is to write it down at the same time when you backup it via computer or network disk. Good luck to you. |

yup mine too stuck at 4 , I closed and reopen wallet , and it's shown as 5 lol , I don't understand how its work
Hi, that is amazing, mine shows as 5 too now; but not like you, I didn't do anything. So reopening the wallet is not the reason. My network weight is also very high, 10580808. It's a huge leap from the last day's network weight. |

Is DeepOnion already on the Cryptopia forum? Hmm, very interesting. I think the first exchange, where ONION will appear, will still be cryptopia, and this is the best news for today. I hope my assumptions are correct)) Is there a voting system in Cryptopia? If so I'd vote for DeepOnion there. |

even if it goes on an exchange now,with the 10% only rule there won't be much depth. and it might prove too tempting for some to dump if the price is good. a small exchange fairly soon with be ok i think. i won't be selling any though
my goal is always to have around 10K coins of each coins. went well for me in the past. I hope through airdrops I can get as many of the 10K I intend to have of this coin and than I will buy the rest cheaply on exchanges. I only had bad exp. with selling too early . |

I personally don't think the coin will be on an exchange soon, and hope it's not on an exchange just yet. Simply due to the fact that not enough airdrop rounds have gone thru, and the dev still owns 98% of the coin. Also, that percentage will go down even slow as those accounts are also staking.
Why do you think it will not be on exchange soon, the explorer is there for all to see and if the developers move more than the tokens that is suppose to be in circulation then that is the end of the project. Also remember that only 10% of the AIrdrop tokens can be sold Don't think any legit/solid exchange will like the fact that 98% of the supply is controlled by one person. I could be wrong, but if I owned an exchange that would be a BIG red flag. What are you going to say about Gnosis, the team controls like 90% of the token and Poloniex was quick to list the project on their exchange. So many project like this, even Ripple. I don't that would differed any exchange form listing the project |

Most transactions sent are instant. Before I can copy/paste a tx ID to someone it's already showing in their wallet. So no, I don't think that assumption is correct |

This thread is growing so fast, that i only can read about 90 % of the postings. Even dev can't read anything.
I recognize this, because he is not answering to every question like in the beginning of this thread.
Am I the only one who is a little bit perplexed, that user here are making the listings at exchanges.
Dev had to do this, no one other!
This is very chaotic, nobody knows, who is writing to which exchange.
In the last two pages here, 2 people wrote to Polo and exchanges don't like mails from hundreds of people.
The whole project is well planed, but I strongly recomend to take the Exchange-thing in one hand, in def-hand.
