For the persons that are asking about cloud mining: The last week, the cost was around 25 cents and I mined 110 onions.
I tried yesterday and today to do it. And there is not profitable. Just a little quantity of coins.
You will need a lot of power to mine this coin, like an ASICS for example. That´s why I´m buying directly in NovaExchange.
Where did you buy your hash? Lately, mining onion has been pretty difficult (when the price spike a couple of days ago). Sorry for the delay. I used Nicehash some hours and today and I just got 2/3 onions. So bad. The difficulty is really up and it´s impossible for us. If you have an ASICS you can do it, but if you ask me between Nicehash and buy at Novaexchange, go to the second option. |

hi masters, nicehash website sells x13 at around 0.0032 btc/gh/day. at 1000mhz, i think we can mine around 100 onions per day. so for 0.0032 (13usd), we can mine 100 onions (100usd). isn't that bad! what do you think?
That's just the most ideal calculation possible. You forgot the difficulty of each block received. If your hash is not strong enough compared to the big miners and you are a little lucky then maybe one day you earn no more than 10 onions. It's a loss!  oh, you may be right. i based my computation on last week mining. now that difficulties have risen, maybe there wouldn't be much profit now. Difficulties have risen a lot, it´s very hard to mine some onions. It´s more easy to use your BTC buyin at Novaexchange. I´m doing that. |

Faucet issue I was claiming for a little onions from a faucet. Last time I combined them in a block with airdrop it took fee more than I claimed! Now I decided to check one more time. I've combined all my faucet paouts in total 0.00332 ONION and fee is 0.004 ONION It's a nonce! This faucet is useless! Maybe it's better to make payment to wallet upon by request of a user, like it is made in freebitco.in  |

it s already 4-5 days i have not any staking my weight is 14000 + but there is not onions yet what this? mean weight not enough for staking ,that is why it s rising untill staking weight?
Just wait. Perhaps you have a small balance. The larger the balance, the greater the probability of obtaining coins. Did you spend coins? |

I think before hitting bittrex or any other top 10 exchange it would be wiser to join any other top 10-30 exchange, because the nova is in 50 place. Why joining smaller exchange than top 10 you say? First of all it will be faster to be accepted and as DeepOnion will be listed in more than one exchange it will open doors to other exchanges

It also cracked USD 3 on Saturday, but only a few minutes. I was sitting in the train when i checked my Blockfolio and almost got a heart attack. I had to reopen Blockfolio for 3 times just to believe that this is not a bug. Sadly it went back to 1 USD shortly after. But no surprise, this wouldn't haven been a healthy progress. |

Yes I've seen that. But you can ignore things like that. You won't make profit out of it as there is not enough demand (yet) to fill sell orders. Even if it was USD 100 for 30 minutes you might only sell 1 or 2 onions... It's not the time to sell yet. You get some money out of it to pay bills. The big money will come when we hit a biggger Exchange like Bittrex or so.
