Settings > Options> Network > "Map port using upnp"  

is checked

I did but I can't sync again.
I already have updated nodes and I can connect to tor network

The rounds before were "double pay" rounds and also there are more registrations for the airdrop now. Expect the payout to decrease further in the future if DeepOnion remains popular. (Even though the total payout will increase in a few weeks)

I'm not from China but I have the same problems. I can connetc to tor and nodes are updates yet.
