It would be helpful if the status screen showed the reason for the member being banned or ineligible.  Something like "you have been blacklisted due to - excess withdrawal of funds" or "insufficient posts" or something.  Would save a lot of unnecessary questions in the thread. Just saying "Blacklisted" is pretty open to interpretation.
