Nope novaexchange is not down as I can login without any issues, probably those who has problem in logging in are those who live in banned IP. Afaik there are some banned IP ranges, you may suggest them to use VPN, hope it works.

It seems like you only have to chose any European VPN an will be good to go - at least that did the job for me

That is the same as I thought but when I read this post I wanted to know if it was actually true! The only question if DeepOnion is implementing Quicksend as you can read in this link https://deeponion.org/community/threads/instantaneous-transaction-quicksend.4/ I believe, but I'm not an expert, that it has to implement nodes in order to work similar to dash...

I asked a few pages back but got buried with how fast the thread moves, the mixer and guarantor once DeepSend is implemented, are they masternodes, or still just normal wallets POS staking?

Wait patiently.  If you do all things right, you will definitely be accepted.  Devs and moderators are just too busy.  They are lifting bans on blacklisted ones one by done.  If devs and moderators think the blacklisted are contributing significantly to the DeepOnion project and are not only for airdrops here.

As far as I know, when you stake you are a node, so the second implies the third?

I think he means the upcoming deepsend feature, where mixers and guarantors get extra onions for their services.

Yes, this is what I meant.  Deepsend will allow users to act as a mixer and guarantor and get rewarded in return.  Its not in place yet but its coming.
