Just to be sure it's right, for the people who will read this.

At least 10 posts and 50 characters minimum not on Off-Topic threads. DO thread isn't a requirement yet but it's better to be active there too.

To add to this, the 10 posts don't have to be about DO. You are not a paid shill. You can post in different ANN threads and by contributing to the discussions there you already shed a positive light on DO. So, you don't have to make posts saying DO is the greatest coin in existence unless you want to and feel that way, which would be totally fine as well.

I'm not inventing anything. I will quote Cryptomaster - GCForce here, moderator of the project:
"The main ANN page of bitcointalk for deeponion does say valid posts. I interpret that as to be supportive of deeponion in my posts, i do far more than 10 a week."
and
"Many other will also tell you that you must post 10 valid/supportive message a week, this is one of the reasons i assume you have not been allowed onto the drop."

I just suggest people to respect it, do what you want, but it's hard to get back in the airdrop if you get blacklisted because of this.

Obviously I'm not a person of stature, but the way I look at it, you have the rules, and in my experiences thus far they work EXACTLY as they're stated.

NOW, that aside, if you worked for the government, and you're walking around with your badge on, you've got to acknowledge that the things you do or say will reflect on that organization as long as you have that badge on. So even if you don't openly gloat about how DO is the best in every single post, how you act and what you do is a reflection of DO. By being a respectful, helpful, engaging person, you make the entity you represent look good, and that character can be infectious.

If you're about to do something silly or questionable, or could potentially reflect negatively on that organization (and I don't mean talking down on the organization itself), you either take that badge off or you hide it so you don't associate your shenanigans with the organization that you rep.

For us that flag/badge we rep is the DO signature. The huge difference here is that we can't just take our signature off or hide it momentarily; our character is continuously in question by our peers at all times. In this thing of ours, we take a Deep Onion blood oath. You turn your back on the flag and you're no good, THIS IS FOR LIFE! Cheesy
