Deeponion most definately is my most anticipated project of the year.
I cannot believe how clever the developers of this project are, by removing the 90% rule and adding a 100onion minimum requirement.
These rules make already loyal hodlers even more so, and creates a positive, trusting environment.
Very well played!

If I don't have 100 onions I will not be able to get airdrops?
Correct aroweyen - 100 Onion must be present in your wallet before the airdrop occurs in order for your wallet to receive its portion of the airdrop. I would further suggest that everyone ensure that the minimum 100 Onion required are present in their wallets at least 24 hours prior to the airdrop occurring. Also make sure you have updated signatures and have reviewed the new requirements on posts. Instead of 10 per week on bitcointalk, it is now 5 per week here minimum and 3 per week minimum on DeepOnion.org forums. Now 100 coins is the minimum and airdrops are relevant to the amount of onions you are hodling. Onion is highly undervalued currently at roughly 75 cents..gobble as many as you can up off the market and load up your wallet. Review all requirements and apply, sit back and prepare for airdrop Please clarify me about new rule. If I'm holding 200 Onion in my wallet,I will receive 200 Onion from airdrop? You can make a rough calculation here: https://deeponion.org/community/threads/calculate-how-many-onions-you-can-have-after-each-airdrop.5381/It's hard to tell the exact number at the moment, but at least you can get a ball park number.

Depends on the reason why. If you were just rejected, you can re-apply now. If you were banned, I don't think you'll be able to re-apply again.

Trying out my new signature. It seems to work with automatic insertion of my BitcoinTalk ID (that has been the cause of many unintended dropouts from the airdrop). There may be some confusion because of the new Airdrop rules in place, but I am confident this will vanish over time.

I feel like the new airdrop rules have created almost a re-birth of this project. There seems to be more buzz, more posts. There is a palpable excitement that is happening. I'm really excited to be on-board. I don't understand how you can hate on a project with such a large and devoted community.
You got that right bro. When they change the rules, even moving the bitcointalk registration date to oct.1, it opened a lot of doors to the airdrop hopefuls. Not even the required minimum 100 onions in the wallet can stop us. This way, the onions will reach a lot of people, they will buy onions, prevent big dumpers through the new airdrop rules etc. The devs just continues to innovate and improve DO. Haters just gonna hate. lmao Yes, that is right. New rules will allow more participants to join in and thus grows the community. Wondering whether the BCT membership level is still a factor or not (e.g., Jr. Member 0.8, Member 0.9, Full Member 1.0,...) in the new rules? It iis no longer a factor, instead the amount of Onions you have in your wallet determines how many Onions you will receive in the airdrops. Every Onion over 10,000 will get a 1.2 multiplier so it rewards the early adapters and investors. Can someone explain why multipliers are introduced? I think maybe to award big holders and to make coin more interesting for bigger holders. But, what do you think?

There are 2 multipliers : the "1.2x" for a balance >10k Onions and the other multiplier "from 1x to 5x" which depends on your contribution to DeepOnions (not quite sure exactly how it's calculated)

I was thinking the same thing. There have been issues with farmed accounts dumping their coins, but these new rules will solve the problem and reward holders. Plus add more liquidity at Nova. Genius idea, look forward to seeing the results!

I think with new rules the price of Onions should grow next months. Let's hold this coin guys at least until next year and don't sell it for so low price.

Interesting good scripts!! Just a small warning for people who want to use this for off-site backups: Always encrypt your wallet first (in the client) before uploading wallet.dat files anywhere. Also although the script will check MD5 and will warn you in case of differences, I strongly advice to close your client (wallet) first, want 30 seconds and then make run the backup-script. This will ensure you your wallet.dat is always ready to be used when needed!
