A few days ago I was asking for smart contracts! and voila!! here it is! The new possibility to add smart contracts to DeepOnion will be huge!!

The next wish on the waiting list is masternodes! :-)

I'm still hopeful we'll see MN's - I think it will take place after the AirDrop though. A number of us who will be part of Vote Central want to see it happen.

This is a good sample computation, and should be posted along the new rules so that the members can see.  Although there will be a significant drop in the allocation of airdrops, this will be good since everyone registered by Sept. 1 will be given a chance to participate.

Better try in nova. Just post your buy order and I'm sure some people will dump their Onions. Aside from Nova, you can check with the mods if they'll sell some

Thanks for posting this. Even though it just a sample it gives you an idea of how many ONIONS we should expect and I think the amounts will be relatively similar to what we were receiving in previous airdrops and not several thousands like a lot of people think it will be.

You can do any of the following:
1. Buy
2. Participate in bounty
3. DO forum has giveaways almost all the time. Take part in them
4. If your are unbelievably patient, use a faucet

You need to have minimum 100 DO in the airdrop address. That is how they know.
Regarding getting onions you can buy, participate in bounty or giveaways on DO forum.

I am glad that with the new rules there is a possibility to received Onions (small Airdrop) even if we still do not have the requirements to participate in the main Airdrop. For example, many still can not participate in Airdrops because their account is open after September 1 or they still do not have 100 onions in a wallet.

There might be another airdrop based on activity on DO forum (remeber DeepPoints). That might be kept independent of your join date.

I just want to suggest something. There should be a maximum cap for airdrop, so even if someone has huge amount of Onions, he would get only limited number in the airdrop, for example 1000 or 2000 Onions. This way it will be more fair, otherwise, the very rich few members will take like half of the airdrop fund.

This is actually a good idea. In general the new airdrop mechanism is much better IMHO, but it is true that we should avoid having a very few whales who can afford to buy huge amounts of Onions and then take let's say 80% of the airdrop every week. This is not in the interest of DeepOnion and it would be frustrating for most participants.

This same concern is raised on the DO forum. Hopefully the rules will be updated to take this into consideration.

They should buy in nova and I wouldn't be surprise if we see the volume will increase, I guess with this coming demand we need another exchanges.
