It seems that the market is taking the new rules very well, the price has been already rising a bit while with the old rules it was usually tanking after the airdrop. Good things ahead I guess for DeepOnion.

I'm very curious to see what this new conversion factor looks like when the next airdrop hits, all these new rules are going to be interesting--good, but interesting.

I found you both are still carrying old signature.  Please change your signature to any of new signatures as per your rank.  Just go to https://deeponion.org/view_signatures.php and fill in your bitcointalk ID below "Please enter your bitcointalk id and we will generate signature for you."  You will get your codes.  Use any of the codes according to your rank.  Also, please note, as per new rules, you need minimum 5 Bitcointalk posts and 3 official forum posts per week to be eligible to get airdrop.

it looks like only a couple of persons sold there coins. that doesnt matter because now they will get very little in the next airdrop.

There are 2 multipliers : the "1.2x" for a balance >10k Onions and the other multiplier "from 1x to 5x" which depends on your contribution to DeepOnions (not quite sure exactly how it's calculated)

It's quite easy to calculate this. Some cases was already calculated (not official calculations) on DO forum.

Let's say you have 15k Onions and you are a normal user (not a moderator or a special contributor) so you have 1x multiplier.
Your weight will be calculated like this: 10000 Onions * multiplier (in this case 1) + 5000 Onions * 1.2 (1.2 is a multiplier for all the Onions above 10000)
So your weight is 10000 * 1 + 5000 * 1.2 = 16000 weight.

And now - Let's say you are a moderator with 5x multiplier also with 15k Onions.
Your weight is calculated like this: 10000 * multiplier (5) + 5000 * 1.2 = 56000 weight.

Do you know whether the multipliers are published somewhere for everyone to see, or will this be a kind of black box that only the Devs can look into?

It would also be interesting to know in more detail how one's multiplier can be increased (e.g., fulfilling specific bounties or taking certain roles in the DO team).

At deeponion talk, I launched a poll to investigate how many onions you would sell after 16th airdrop. Current results:
1. less than 10%, 2 people, accounting for 4%;
2., more than 50%, 1, accounting for 2%;
3. will not sell, 47 people, accounting for 94%.

Yes, honesty is a problem, and one problem is that people who are really trying to sell a lot may not be involved in this poll.
However, in recent days, according to the new rules, there has been no 90% limit, but the volume is still not significantly enlarged, does this mean that a large number of sell-off may not occur temporarily?

Nahh, I got a very slow internet here, everytime I am posting a new reply there is this red word warning popping up saying there's already 3post before my post. But joining on contests is what I need because I cant join the airdrop due to lack of requirements needed.
But I will still try my luck posting
