Will this platform be on the forum or into the wallet?

It would be amazing if it was integrated in the wallet. That would be much better than a centralized solution on the forum.

Well it wouldn't be better, it NEEDS to be onchain, you cant centralize this vote on the forum of the coin, that would remove the whole purpose of it...  Most coin ive seen that has voting is of course on chain, every DPoS coin requires voting for the delegates and its all done onchain, cannot be done any other way.

The VoteCentral is an interesting concept and I am not sure, how big the influence of this center should be. It makes sense, that the early supporters of the coin can decide the future direction of the coin; however, this might lead to some disagreement in the community.

Regarding the question, if it should be online, on the wallet or on the chain, I currently found all of it appropriate. gigabyted, could you elaborate, why it "HAS" to be on the chain?

Are there other altcoin examples of VoteCentrals? How did they approach the issue? What did go right, what did go wrong? I think, we should learn from their successes and mistakes.

Couldn't the voting process be proof of stake like? So if someone with 1% of the supply votes then the vote's weight is exactly 1% of all votes (assuming everybody casts a vote).

 We need more and more exchange least 4 exchange this year, and next year with a bigger exchange.

I agree that we need more exchanges. In my opinion the more exchanges the better. Exchange is like a shop. If your product sells in only one shop that's not very good. If it sells on 10 shops that's much better. If it sells in 100 shops that brings your business to the next level.

I also don't think Bittrex will list Deep onion until it has a public figure representing it.  I could be wrong though.  Would definitely be great to see DO on Trex after the airdrops.   Or before.   

I think there would be a chance to get listed on Bittrex before the airdrop finishes (small I think though) but for the coin itself would be best to wait for the end of distribution as it's just a young 'baby' and I think it's not ready yet for the big world waiting behind the door.
I think it will be ready for Bittrex when the airdrop coins are distributed and smart contracts are implemented.

I don't think the devs should rush to get it listed on bittrex, it will just be another dumping ground after the airdrops. Once they are all finished and the new features are added, then list it on trex and watch it shoot to the moon

You need to have at least 100 Onions in the address you use for staking, not in the wallet. The wallet can have many addresses.
There is an airdrop that is reserved for your Deep Points based on your activity in the forum. For that you do not have any rules. Th rules are only for the main airdrop.

Registration is only once. For every airdrop you need to have a minimum number of posts. That is the only extra work you need to do after the registration.
