I think this is not a good idea to create a paper wallet from a random internet page. Maybe it is fine, but maybe it is not. The private key could be storred on the server side.
I remmonend to install the wallet, so you can also stake you Onions (10% reward in the first year).
You can download the webpage and create a paper wallet outside of the website for extra security. This is the offical link straight from DeepOnion: http://178.238.232.141:8080/paperwallet/

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Which coin besides DeepOnion are nice to buy right now?
Electroneum seems to get all the hype, so who knows 1000xsupply of BTC (and DeepOnion) though, so in a way you should add 3 0's in front of whatever price you see. cheers, let me look into it

In respect of minting, does the wallet have to be up and running all the time? I am asking because having a PC switched on 24/7 is not the preferred situation. The time of being a student are gone

Could be any server or pc at home, untraceable to a website or domain. I would be careful (just my personal opinion)

The official deeponion explorer is down. Does anybody know any alternate solution. I remember seeing some other link to explorer, however I can't find it right now. Appreciate any help. Thanks!
Which link did you use? I use this https://prohashing.com/explorer/Deeponion/ and it's working fine on my end.

I hope it changes, this new airdrop doesn't sound cool to new adopters. Yes, many agree with you there. Me too. Lots of discussions about it in the forums, but the reason is that the devs/original founders want to attract some big hodlers or something along those lines. The participation (bounty-ish) airdrop can give a lot though. I'm not one of the most active, and I got more than 100 on the 2 that have been distributed so far, and then the regular airdrop on top of that should make everything worthwhile. Just don't spam or exploit, you WILL get banned.

It really isn't as bad as it seems. With the second airdrop for DeepPoints, you can gain 100-200 extra Onions each week without too much effort. That also means each week you will get 7-18 more Onions in the Friday airdrop. If you keep up in the forums, you'll end up with 2,000 plus Onions from the DeepPoint airdrops alone.

My experience with this coin was its community and the commitment of those who founded it. I've been almost 2 months and they never failed in their payment proposals, they keep active and always with fresh ideas. This week after a while I will be for the first time in the airdrop

Is there reason for different signatures anymore? Since airdrop amount is no longer affected by rank, shouldn't we consolidate into one signature now?

Not bad at all, right? They are complitely free man . And their cost is at least 0.5$/coin, and will go much higher in the future. I find this coin the most profitable of all the airdrops. I cant do nothing else, then thank the dev team for the opportunity. The new airdrop rule is okay. I don't expect mire changes only if the team wants it. DeepPoint airdrop has given a better way to claim DeepOnion provided farming is not associated to one's account. New adopters gets warm welcome on the deep forum with all guide they need on it. The new rule is fair, I wouldn't say some users are fair when it comes to greed (farming etc.)
