Well if you are looking for a wallet to keep many different alt coins , myetherwallet is probably the best wallet you can use. It is a safe wallet if you are careful enough to not login your info on a imitation website. You can store your alt coins in myetherwallet and send them to exchanges when you want to trade them. It is also easy to navigate through.

I like MyEtherWallet and Freewallet. The first one is one of the best wallets ever, all my friends are using it. And the Freewallet is an easy-peasy one with a quick registration and user-friendly interface but I bet Freewallet is runs out of security.

To me metamask is my “hot” wallet. Since it is a part of my browser I feel that it isn’t as safe as using my ether wallet. I can access my ether wallet offline and store it on my ledger (hard wallet). In order to use erc20 tokens in metamask you have to go through MEW’s website. Hope this helps

I use blockchain and in my opinion anyway it's the only option. A friend also recommends MyEtherWallet, but I have no opinion on this. If you are looking for a wallet, select the start of the blockchain.

Myetherwallet is yet the best wallet now in my opinion because airdrop tokens and bounties almost all are compatible. Nowadays most ICOs now are ERC20 tokens or Ethereum based tokens and with the ICO craze on going you won't be bothered creating another wallet because they can already be stored at Myetherwallet.

For most tokens  Erc 20- Myetherwallet. But lately it has been a problem, I now use mycrypto, you can download the desktop version. In my opinion it is more reliable.

Trust wallet is pretty awesome for ERC20 based tokens. And I think Ethos is going to make huge strides for both ERC0 and other coins that may change the game.

Altcoins's best wallet I think is myetherwallet, this is a web wallet that can store all ERC-20 coins, just remember that your password can be landed right away. Of course, try not to put too many coins in your wallet.

The best wallet for altcoins are wallets which you have 100% control on. Exmaple, all ERC 20 tokens can imotoken, edioo etc. That way you safeguard your funds. Holding in exchanges haven't been a solution until proven otherwise, hold in external wallets.

There are lots of wallets for a lot of different altcoins, just find comfortable wallets for what altcoins you have earned or going to invest in. And there are also wallets that are created by the team of different ICO’s if they want their transaction to be safe, but most of ICO’s are Ethereum based so it uses the ethereum wallet.

Exodus is quite good. myether for ethereum based tokens. Waves light for waves based tokens.
I also use MEW, but it's not that safe, considering the latest news.

i think MEW have a good interface and security , just remember dont share your private key or keystore to other people and download any untrusted software because some software will have malicious code in the application for control your laptop/computer and take your data/information.

Most of the alt coins I have, have their own wallets. Best way to go about it is going on each coin's website and seeing what they recommend you using.
