For me, it's not yet too late to buy bitcoin. You should buy bitcoin now so that you can gain than buying it later that it would be difficult for you to buy because of its high price. so start buying bitcoin now to ensure that you will gain more money in the future. There's no time to wait for the time that bitcoin price will become low. We don't know when will it happen.

   Is it late or not everyone can decide for them self. My thinking is that we are not late
cause I am buying when ever I can. I planed to buy at the end of the October but price
rise surprised me, and I waited some drop and to buy when price is not on top. What
happened is that price went up, and now bitcoin is more expensive then in moment when
I wanted to buy, I missed good chance and now I do not know should I wait price to drop
in value or it is better to buy now cause price easily can go higher.
   It is not not late for buying, in that I am sure! But should we buy now, or to wait price to
go back a bit is what I do not know. Everyone says buys in dip, but where will dip be?

Well, you are late since the value now is way higher than before and you definitely mossed that chance. However, so long as you have the finances or the budget to buy some bitcoins and invest in it, which, by the way, you can start even though you only have a few hundred dollars, then better start now.
